I just had a thought...

What would happen if ffs gave us a single wish to use? No extreme rulebreaking and cheating (i.e. Win the game!) allowed.

We'd probably wish for Yaos.
+1

Now that I have considered this option (and with a "no munchkinry" rule in place from the hypothetical, that rules out wishing for a ring of three wishes), I really can't think of anything else.

Cheating isn't cheating if cheating is part of the game mechanics, so we should wish for a point in cheating.

Yaos would also be good.

Being AI is fun when you ACT like one.

As in, as a computer and not a human...

I really hope I havent offended anyone...
I try to play liek this, but it's hard not to get pissed off when people are blithely ignoring the hull breaches.

I wonder if my law in protecting station equipments mean that I can threaten to gas the crew if they don't fix the goddamn ship

If the crew are so amazingly stupid they're letting themselves die because they're too lazy to fix breaches, I wouldn't care if you assumed control and started 'encouraging' crew to fix breaches. within reason.

Central Command Update

NMV Icarus

We heard your AI was rogue, crew! Don't worry, we're here to h-

WE ARE ALWAYS LATE.

For once, I would like the NMV Icarus to be there on time

It would be if a captain actually bothered to use the emergency messaging and asking the Icarus to help for once.

I think WH40K is so good at being adorable because everything is grimdarksad all the time, so when a cute thing pops up it seems even cuter.

This is a question that always confused me.

Jesus only appeared in the middle east-romeish area. What happened to the rest of the entire world before Jesus? Did Jesus save them by default once he came along because they can't help not being where he was born? Were they damned because too bad, bad luck?

And what was God doing the entire time of human history before Christianity? He seems relatively new on the religion stage. Lots of gods and religions were formed way before him, which seems weird.

I've met him. I've killed him

Most of my security characters I play regularly have. Only Ali hasn't.

No really.

That's it. 30u of radium cures any disease with a 100% guarantee. No matter what. If the guy survives it, he's cured. You don't need anything else.

Hmm. That's ridiculously cheap. Whatever happened to that vg cancer thing we were supposed to get?

From memory, it deals an instant 160 toxin damage instantly with radiation to boot ON TOP OF the damage you already get from radium. Without a full medical bay right there waiting for you, you die in seconds. Its the emergency way to fix diseases because nobody likes everyone sneezing all around because nobody was a virologist.
