Does anyone know the name of this browser game that is an mmo where you have a party of characters(humans, elves, dwarves, maybe other races) and you can go around killing things and doing quests, eventually saving up money to do things like build towns and claim land? I'm pretty sure there was a dwarf fortress related player group in the game too, so hopefully someone here can recognize my bad description.
After some digging, I found out that it was Crown of Conquest.

Quick start guide - https://www.playinitium.com/quickstart.jsp

Initium is a text based mmorpg that you can play for free in most browsers, including on mobile and consoles. You fight monsters, get stronger, fight more monsters, and maybe run your own shop. The game is updated relatively frequently, and has a friendly community that is very welcoming to new players.

Some features include turn based combat that uses dice rolls in a similar way to DnD, a completely player run economy, permadeath, and semi-randomized item values. Planned features include claiming and defending territory and crafting items.

A game like toribash, but more realistic, better modding, and a better game engine.

DF Suggestions / Adventurer mood slightly altering skills
« on: January 01, 2016, 07:19:25 am »
In adventurer mood, you already have feelings, since your adventurer usually starts crying if he kills innocent people he's known his whole life. I think that you should be able to see your adventurer's current mood, and that happier or more courageous moods should make you do slightly better at most skills, but being sadder should make you do slightly worse. Things like killing innocent people or cannibalism would make you sad, and things like trading, improving skills, eating good food, and drinking booze would make you happier.

I think you underestimate the amount of alcohol dwarves drink.

A more complex Toribash where the players have muscles, bone, fat, and skin and react to pain.

DF Suggestions / Choose how hard you hit in adventure mode

Sometimes I want to hit someone in the head hard enough to knock them out, but not hard enough completely destroy it.

Next time try to grab them once you get close and then jump into them, you can disarm them, remove armor, or just choose to do my favorite neckgrab -> start jump -> takedown during jump and laugh as they slide along the ground.

Though I did have a guy who produced an explosion of teeth doing this, which meant I made him grind his face across the ground... sorry bro.
How would you takedown during the jump when it just skips to the end of the jump, and doesn't really let you do anything in the air?

Mostly I play a crazy, murderous, cannibal, throat biting human, but sometimes I make adventurers that don't murder citizens/lords and try to help as much as possible.

You can press W to see where the wind is going. Odors are usually carried along with the wind, so go to where the wind is coming from.

I usually make a demigod human that has max strength, agility, and toughness and i use wrestling, biting, striking, kicking, and dodging. Then I throw away my spear as soon as i get in the world.
