DF Modding / Is the size bug not applicated to Goblin?

As far as I know, Dwarves can't wear two-handed weapons because of a size bugs.
(Dwarp size is 60000, and the minimum size of both-handed weapons is 72500)

But in the Goblin Sieges, the Goblin showed up with two-handed weapons, like a two-handed sword or a halberd.
(despite their size is 60000.)

Aren't invaders subject to size bugs?

With the concept of a beardless dwarf,
I created a new creature called 'Halfling'  using the existing dwarf image files,
and I modified the creature text file to remove [BODY_DETAIL_PLAN:FACIAL_HAIR_TISSUE_LAYERS].

but it shows the beard!
I don't know if I forgot something.
I want to hide my beard. help me please!

I don't know why, but I made a new civ called Halfling and patched it
directly into the vanilla folder (like patching in the previous version).

but when I did this, the hair style and beard of the Halfling were fixed as one type.

In the steam version DF, Is there an error if I patch mod files put directly into the vanilla?

DF Gameplay Questions / leather armor is too suck.

It tears like paper in front of a metal weapons.

I changed the same kind of armor from leather to cloth with modding,
and I put on a fight between leather armor and cloth armor.
Then, the people in cloth armor overwhelmed.

Leather armor seems to have VERY VERY little defense.

I have created several custom civ entities with modding,
but when creating a world, even if i increase the civ number parameter, not all entities come out.
I want to include all the entities. Is there a separate way?
I want to create a world with all the civ entities I've created.

armorlevel:0 or non armorlevel = civilians wear this
armorlevel:1 = bowman, xbowman wear this
armorlevel:2 = melee fighters wear this
armorlevel:3 = ????

DF Modding / NPC spawns without quiver !!

i made new ranged weapon sling.
and made also new ammo sling bullet.


when merchant arrive my fortress, their slingers(use blowgun skill) spawns with sling bullet. but without quiver.
they carry their bullets in hands.

but in my fortress, when i make range squad, and set to use sling&sling bullet, they use quiver well. they put in their ammos in the quiver.

warhammer has ability to break joint, break armor, and armor piercing attack.

mace has higher base melee damage, and faster attack speed.

mornigstar has armor deadly piercing attack with spike and weight.

so, what about flail??

yeah, i know that dwarf cant equip 2h weapons due to size problem.
so i have modded dwarf size to use 2h weap.

the question is,
Is it worth to use 2H weapons without shield?
