just out of curiosity, i want to know some of the names you have created for your fort using the naming thingy. i think i have the most fun creating random non-comprehendible names for this thing! i dont have my names with me right now, but i will post them soon.

In my fort, I had this bastard hammerer, who decided to give everyone who didnt carry out a production order 5 or more hammerstrikes. Thats not fair, since they are being asked to produce goods made of admantine...which no one has. So when I saw he was going to be a problem, I renamed him: JERKOFF.

I dug a cute little cubbyhole, placed his bed in it, and a chair... wanted him to be as comfortable as possible. Oh, and did I mention it was located near a water source......

I waited until he went to sleep, and i mined out just one more hole in his room, locked the door and watched him die a miserable death that he certainly had coming.

Once he stopped fighting, and actually accepted his fate, he turned red, and his rein was now over.

The bottom of my screen read " akj akljdkjdkjd, "THE JERKOFF" has drowned.

i have a fort set in a really nice area, however, now that i am more advanced in my game.... i want to make glass, but there is no sand to be found. sandy loam, sandy clay, but no sandy sand. please help. what do i do?
