Tear the nearest enemy to shreds!

Actually, despite discussions in the IRC, that's a reason for my character to not be insane. Shipping purpoises. :v

Of course, I could have 'it's all an act' but that's a bit blehhh, and pointless.

You will remember them when the time comes.

Well, the reason I was fine with revealing those is because I also had those (and a bit more) spoiled before I began playing the game and I still enjoyed it heaps.

VTM: B is pretty niche...

I'd spoiler it if they were super-secret-omgplottwists,
Spoiler: like the one in (click to show/hide)
, but I really don't consider the ones I posted for VTM: B to be major ones.

If a game's more than five/ten years old, the 'spoilerz' rule doesn't apply as far as I'm concerned.

The games like a million years old. Besides, they're very basic spoilers. No real details (and I'm probably missing stuff anyway.)

"OUCH, tall dark pasty and handsome, you sure know how to hit someone where it hurts."

"I've got to admit though, this guy's pissing me off. Maybe a dog's death is letting him off a little bit...

too easy."

Lilie suddenly recoils as if she's been shocked.

"Huh, I felt a little strange for a moment there..."

"Oh well. Probably just a momentary space out."

Yeah, that's the Tremere.

The people who back stab you are:

The Asian Vampires IN THE ENDING (they back stab you, you die, bad end.)
The Ventrue (LaCroix, basically) leading up to the ending. Pretty sure you can finish off on his side, though.
The Brujah think YOU back stabbed them. It works out, though.

The Brujah don't backstab you, as far as I can recall...

"Thank you for that, Ms... Oh, I don't seem to know your name..."

"Well, I guess introductions can wait for later."

Attack the SkeleBro standing next to Lilie.

Suck it up? Everyone gets bad rolls and a 3 stat level is better than a 2 or 1 stat level. You really need to stop comparing your character to other characters. It's not going to do anything good.

I'm fine with a 3 stat level in the sense that I'm not too sad about it. The main thing is that Soly was implying in the IC that I had a good level rather than a mediocre one. :v

You say that, but I can't help it. It comes from a MobA/PnP RPG background. I can try to stop doing it in a negative way, but comparing my characters to other's is how I figure out what I want to do with them.

2474
I want my entire level rerolled. T_T

Seriously, ONE HUNDRED on MAG is just blech. I'd be happy if it was in exchange for good rolls on other, stats, but... I mean, 1 higher than I need to get HP is just sad (damnit RNG >_>). At least mastah's character didn't get a good levelup either, but soul absorption is looking to be a serious consideration at this rate.

Mm... Apologies for taking so long to get this up.

UXLZ, you've had time to go over the game, but you're being very reactive, answering questions but not asking anything. You don't seem to be doing much, if any, scumhunting. Why is that?

Most of the things that I would be scumhunting for (e.g. what Cryxis is doing) aren't really reliable in a newbie game. There's stuff I could push on but it's mostly going to lead to a bunch of false-positives. I'd actually consider scumhunting in a newbie game harder than doing so in a game full of experienced players, simply because you have to try and take the newbiness into account...

And explain to me how a temporary read makes sense? Its closing your mind and not taking into concideration that I could be scum. What that looks like to me is that he "temporaraly" trusts me, based on very little evidence. I didnt like this.

I believe it's already been explained, but reads are by their nature temporary. A town read for example, rather than saying 'I'm not considering that you're scum' says 'Your actions thus far incline me to believe that you're town.'
It would be more concerning to see reads that were not temporary, if I'm honest.

Blech, seeing as the day will likely end by the time I wake up tomorrow, I'm going to vote for Peradon. He's not giving me flagrant !!!newbie reads as Cryxis and Gamer are (though that may be my own failure) and I feel like his behavior is scummy enough to warrant a vote. Unfortunately, it still isn't a particularly strong read and if it weren't for the deadline coming up I probably wouldn't be voting, it's just the 'strongest' at the moment... He was at the top of my reads list, and hasn't really done anything to convince me otherwise.

I'm really playing quite weakly this game, sorry about that.
