You don't have much Essence for now but you do have plenty of Followers, So why not make more? You build another Spawning Pit but you don't have enough to activate it just yet,-1 Starfish Man,-5 Essence,+1 Starfish Man Spawning Pit. You order your Followers to get to work on expanding the Flesh Cathedral but you don't have enough Meat or Essence To Flesh The New Additions.

You examine the 27 Starfish Men for any magical capable ones and find none unfortunately.You grant Ignik the ability to fade his body into Void on command,-11 Essence.You activate the 3 spawning pits and consume the souls of the starfish men,+7 Essence,-3 Starfish Men,-15 Essence.You use 21 Essence to strengthen your Followers,-21 Essence."Excellent!"
