Whoops! I forgot to write that that it would specifically affect rules that involve Wild Tickets.Write that where?
(Just realized that this isn't mentioned in the OP or anything at all)As I understand it, this rule would have no effect because of Rule #7, except that Rule #3 protects it.
Rule #8
A player cannot make a new rule if they were also the last player to make a rule, except once every 24 hours per player, when they can put a new rule no less than an hour after the prior rule was posted.
I approve of it.Yo. Does my rule count as "preventing rules from being added," because I will edit it if it does.
The first 10 rules added to the original 4 rules rules cannot be altered, removed, etc. until an 11th additional rule is posted, and until then, no rule can prevent rules from being added.
