DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / When I reclaim a retired fort, I find it full of merchants

Every time I retire then reclaim a fort, I find the merchants that previously visited it as hostiles ( other civilizations ) or citiziens ( mine civ ).
Someone else found that bug?

Because every form of censorship can and will be used to damage political opponents. To have freedom of speech, we must also tolerate the Westboro Baptist Church and Neonazi rants, at least untill the escalate in istigation to violence ( for example, I would ban with no exitation the death penalty requests ).

In the Book of Job, the word "satan" is used as title /role that means "accuser / prosecutor". "angel" means "instrument of YHWH", and is used to indicate both people and events. No trace of a personal devil here.
