Turn 3: Preparations
~North of Tradebridge, in Shadset County~
As Xaver talked to his men about fighting with honor in the upcoming battle and Cortis made himself a set of three flammable arrows meant to do little more than cause fear and confusion, Jongo wandered off towards the enemy camp. He could see tents towards the outside of their encampment that seemed they would be easy shots for Cortis. Flaming men could be set up anywhere, but before Jongo could find any particularly effective spots he was hear by sentries. Fortunately they were not the type of men to run off into the darkness in search of somebody who in all likelihood wanted them dead, and was capable of accomplishing said task. Instead, they merely shouted loudly and generally attracted attention. Jongo was forced to return to camp, where everyone was turning in for the night. He joined them, resting briefly. In the morning both he and Cortis woke anxiously, ready to set their plans into action.

Turn 46: Tracks (Cont)
~Tradebridge Castle~
Rabble regained his focus once more, steadying the light. Carefully, he looked away from his glowing hand and towards his surroundings. He found he actually could look away, and even examine other things, but he had to convince himself that he didn’t care, in a strange way. Like he was casting careless glances, eyes wandering randomly, even as he gave them subtle direction. He made himself feel like all he was doing was meditating on the light in his hand, even as he allowed his body to take him close to a nearby wall so he could watch the flickering light dance along its cracks and imperfections. Had anybody been present they would have seen Rabble calmly walking along the wall, his right hand raised and curved towards him oddly and his eyes seeming to drift aimlessly; a sight which no doubt would have made any peasant think he was mad or possessed. But to Rabble, he was finally free to walk amongst a world bathed in green light. +1 Petty Magic, Light (Autoillusory)

~A Mountain Path to the East of Barkamsted~
Lork and Eliza walked into the mountain, and the way was peaceful. It appeared they’d found a trail, and it managed to avoid the cold heights, and there were even a few trees to slow the wind. But as they walked it’s path the sun advanced on its own, and before long they were losing the light necessary to follow the trail. There were trees nearby they could find shelter under, or they could likely find a cave, but if they continued on they’d be doing so without the ability to reliably follow the tracks.

~In the Mountains in the South-West of Brisland~
Bomrek McCheesemaker, Averus Darkcast, Zane Marne, Jase, and Kurn found themselves at the base of a mountain trail. They had been chased off for refusing to join their mad count’s army. The fool had only just taken over office from the old count, and he was already trying to muster an army to invade. The exiles had nothing but the clothes on their backs, but they would need to escape the county soon if they wanted to keep their lives. To make matters worse, night was falling.

((Sorry for being AFK for a while, will be more active now.))

Felicity stood behind Regina and to the left, puffing herself up to look intimidating. She wasn't sure she was succeeding, but she had little else to do than attempt to back Regina up.

Ayzebel held up a finger to shush Felicity before creeping forward - as well as she could - to listen at the door. If she could hear nothing, she opened the door.
Felicity nodded excitedly and followed Ayzebel quietly.

I recall us managing to transfer information via quantum entanglement without having to send the information there post-rotation or whatever, but I know my brain, so that's probably something it made up.
You're referencing a real thing, but it's not genuinely faster than light information travel. Two distant observers may make the observation simultaneously, but one could not send a determined piece of information to a distant observer faster than light.

i dont think we were argueing....so an invocation of godwins law does not count.
Doesn't matter.

Comparisons to Hitler instantly make it an argument due to the intensity of the stupid inherent in such a comparison to anyone other than other mass murderers in charge of large areas of relatively first-world land area, and thus Godwin's Law is in turn instantly applied.
Yeah, comparisons to Hitler automatically make you forfeit your argument. To believe otherwise is very Third Reich.

Scientists create invisible objects in the microwave range without metamaterial cloaking

That is hella cool, or at least the implications are.
It's pretty neat, but the fact that the invisibility is only at select wavelengths is a gigantic limitation.

I'm having an issue understanding the uncertainty principle. Is it really that the "true" position and momentum of say an electron is really uncertain in units of hbar, or that we just can't say anything about it since the forces that allow us to detect particles are all quantized and statistical? I know there's degeneracy pressure in neutron stars due to the uncertainty, but, again, that could be due to the forces being quantized.
It depends on who you ask. Those who take a probabilistic point of view will say that the "true" position is a funky concept, because the electron actually exists as a probability wave. And as you shrink the position distribution you increase the momentum distribution. There are those who would claim we just an't measure it accurately, but it's a minority.

Felicity perked up at this. "Oh that would be fun! Getting to meet yourself. I do hope this person wouldn't be upset with me having borrowed her body..."
