DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / Whats wrong with my justice system?

After a goblin ambush that killed 6 dwarves my mayor started throwing a tantrum and punched another dwarf in the head killing him then punched a dogs leg off and threw it at a child but nothing is showing up in the justice screen about it.

I copied the dwarf noble position and put them on my custom race but they dont have nobles.

Ok that fixed it but in the fortress they wont do anything but fish and they cant be nobles

Does anyone know why this custom entity/creature and the creature shows up in arena but the entity is nowhere to be seen.

and yes i realize having them use a fireball along with them living in a forest is not a good idea.

And any more worlds i try to make dont show up on start playing: fixed the error just copied and pasted the raws to the region: but i went to play adventure mode and it said something about failing to load nemesis

Well I made the Pixie but when i went to play on a new region it said data/save/region28/raw/objects/text/book_intruction.txt NOT FOUND. in a popup menu titles fatal error

And also how would i make a Special Pixie that is very rare but can paralyze people from range.
