Wooden doors are magma proof- so yes, at least I think so. My wooden doors didnt melt with 7/7 magma next to em.

Maybe the embark screen can only hold so many creatures? Oh well, if you can change creatures into megabeasts then it doesnt matter.

I think I know why- Kitten Still had petvalue:1000 which means it would cost 1001 points to bring it along with you... I dont think you had that kind of pointage.

The Slime Monster's body was crazy and made-up so I geuss it wont work... just use Kitten Still for now.

Make sure to give all the megabeasts [PETVALUE:2]

How well did the Kitten Still or Slime Monster fare? Did they work? Did they fail? Surely the Kitten Still could be taken with you, it was based off the standard cat!  :(

Xotes:

COLOR needs to be 2:0:1 if you want pure green.
X:Y:Z- not to be confused with R:G:B
X = letter color: 0 = black / 1 = blue / 2 = green / 3 = cyan / 4 = red / 5 = magenta / 6 = brown / 7 = light grey.
Y = background color: same as above
Z = letter brightness: 0 = dark 1 = bright / background is always dark.

ATTACK is rather powerful, though its been said that we arent fighting eachother yet so it doesnt matter. When we do fight eachother it will need to be more balanced.

SPEED is insane. 1 means XOTES be able to run at the DF speed of light. (or is that 0?) 900 is the default speed. 810 is agile. 720 is very agile. Look here: http://www.dwarffortresswiki.net/index.php/Speed

Awesome! I enter both Kitten Still v3 and Slime Monster v2! Be sure to put the Slime Monster's body in the right place too!

(PS I will not be responsible if said Slime Monster dies for an unknown reason or continually falls over.)

COLOR needs to be changed to 3:0:1 (if you want cyan).
CAN_LEARN isnt needed due to INTELLIGENT.
PREFSTRING should fit into this sentence: X likes MechAs for their PREFSTRING.
SIZE is needed.

Other than that its alright, though damage may be too high. Also; if you want to make your megabeast more mechanical you can use the Iron Man as a base. Just be sure to reduce the damblock from 12 to something more reasonable like 4.

I made those numbers up from my personal expierence. For example, BLUDGEON damage doesnt hurt internal organs but PIERCING does, so piercing costs more. Web absolutely owns everything while dragonfire does less so, web costs more. Etc Etc.

We could actually use that system as it is (with a few tweeks). To make sure the BODY is fair, well, we can judge that ourselves.
