You have 6 acts Roboson, isn't that over-board since the current maximum is 5? 1 from your Boomerangs, 1 for Potatoes, 3 for your Avatar, and another 1 for your Shallow Sea

Also I'd recommend not spending all your acts on the first turn, it gives too much priority on your actions and doesn't allow us to share the "pie of screen-time". Isn't it a double-standard to be complaining about someone's else misdoings as a god, and than essentially perform going the same path, sharing the pie as you call it.

All I did was think/attempt to make cocaine-shrooms, it really didn't seem that dramatic, sure it forced another mortal race to worship. But it would only affect a portion part of the population, and seemed thematic with my role... see this seems like morality-construct thing, where everything the "good god" does is always justified, but if the "bad god" even breathes a second in your air and touched your grass, your the most heretical thing and everyone should instantly go after you.

They don't fall into a suicidal depression, at least now, all what happens is that they perform withdrawn cravings and spent a significant amount of their mental energy seeking these food, they won't ignore their physiological needs if the option of the two become into a option. The mushrooms just forms naturally symbiosis with the creatures that devour it, the creatures gets positive reinforcement and the pleasure of eating for a high-concentrated sugar food, which creates a demand for shrooms, and the ecosystem continues. Priority is over their physiological needs, before they start seeking the shrooms

2448
The cocaine-shrooms, are now as addictive as sugar, it's just effects the kind of a creature through positive reinforcement that they will personally seek a dependency on, it's not on the level of narcotics, just in individual investment. Also it doesn't lead them to short-term to the path of insanity, just a mild form of dementia

2449
Oh, I know a great deal about the Opium Wars, but how is addiction against the rules. Creating something as simple, like sugar, their just hard-wired into the brain to be addicted because it's hard to find in nature. The reality is that I'm not intending these items to be changed to the existing sentient creatures, I'm adding a new things, or plant, into their environment that could potentially affect them. I guessed it should be revised as a general-environment factor, instead of a direct correlation to the sentient creatures, that's the way they should be treated.

How powerful can my two acts be, these mushrooms have no negative connection with them. Their just as highly addictive as something like sugar (because it's rare to find in nature) is hard-wired into the average animal's brain, than they make a creature want to intentionally spread the mushroom seed as some sort of co-relationship deal. And secondly in trying to just introduce schizophrenia, as a form of mental disease, into sentient creature as a form of genetic disease. These acts don't seem that powerful, to me.

@Roboson

I'll tone them down in effectiveness through a edit, I have played the underdog plenty of times during God's Game, I was just trying to make a powerful initial move. Most people I thought were going to make geographical alterations, and all I did was provide a income of worship to come from the only sentient race

2452
Their just Shrooms, they don't cause any time of mortality or damage, just provide a supplement of worship. What's the worst that's going to happen, I'm giving them a reliable and nutritious source of food, and the cost is that of their worship. Even with a title like Hope's, End I'm not seeking to cause the entire world to be destroyed, destruction leads to the end of sentience, bad for business

"The God of Insanity bestowed upon the world, gazing its existence upon its central eye, staring upon its existence, it needed the essence of the world to recognize its existence and that established constructs and laws, all rot away in the test of time

First Act: Create the first sprout of Captivations, group of large stout land light-purple mushrooms, reaching about 2 ft in their prime, that are very edible and nutritious to the creatures that eat them. They are very sporadic and reproduce rapidly through emanating multiple seeds into the air. Their is a nasty side effect when digested, the user who eats this at first will start to get quickly addicted, based on the heavy concentration of sugar and other chemicals, that creatures start develop light-moderate form of cravings within the brain, with them not ignoring their physiological needs but on the off-time they seem to spent mental energy on finding and grazing off these shrooms. Longtime addicts often suffer from a heavy dose of withdrawal for a user, has has the high possibility will lead to mental fatigue and permanent neurological damage to the user, since they need a have established portion of it in their diets, even for the most mentally-strong of individuals. Eventually in the end, the user has become too addicted to these mushrooms, they have established a connection to these shrooms, and the addict creatures will personally devote a large part of their free-time to graze of this commodity that has become a natural part of their traditional diet, thought physiological needs will always take first place in priority. It's only a natural part of positive reinforcement that creatures perform a dependency on this resource, mental manipulation at its finest.

A second act to cause into the "Vri", they all seem to be stable and self-motivated, what fruitful traits these are, the god's individually picks up one of these sentient Vris, and infects his mind with auditory and visual schizophrenia from the very unnerving stare caused by the central eye that peels open its brain allowing it to be altered, that makes it very difficult to allow the Vri to utilize their senses and make logic out of the world, it becomes a hassle for them to use their sensory memory which means short-term memory encoding suffers. But secondary, this special form of schizophrenia also infects the reproductive drive of the Vri from the psychological effect of the brain's alteration, and makes them want to continuously reproduce at a rate that is considered unhealthy to the creature. This form of schizophrenia has a rapid rate of mutation, nearly a third of the Vri's who parents had this disease will suffer this affliction, sometime in their life. Usually right past their prime, on the most common scenario

Tertiary Act: (Move to the Mountains), finally X'arilyg dawned upon the mountain seeing as their is little of hospitable life, it spree another sproudling of Captivatians unto the mountains, allowing the stalky purple mushrooms to sprout as the only plant across the region

Tech Revision: Concealed Gas Mask: Utilizing the technology from gas mask during the two world wars, we can supplement our men with these masks to breathe in heavy smoke or deadly toxic smoke, (which may or not be researched into the future), the first purpose is to allow men to breathe in heavy smoke (WE DON'T WANT FILTER MASKS), the secondary goal is to conceal the faces of the men so we can use them as disguises so they act as hazmat people or the people who use pesticides to remove bugs, and tertiary being user-friendly so that's it easy to aim with a gun while using them. Image.

Your Skill-Revision, seems overly-convoluted and unnecessary resource intensive. While not just make Mandatory ID Papers as a Skill/Tech Revision? It kind of hard-counters their disguises.

X'ariliyg, Hope's End
Sphere: Insanity, and Corruption
Description: A swarm of writhing tentacles al connected to the root of a singular eye. This provoking eye is the of the size larger than even a terrestrial planet, blood wounds and dark-purple silicon surround the tendrils and tentacles that are all emaciating. The Eye sees everywhere and to the heart and mind of all beings, even into a god. Image.
The sphere of insanity, has the endless drive to see all forms of sentience collapse, for all forms  of laws and rules of universe to be broken, for all beings, even gods, to be broken and fight against their own pre-established morales. This is the creed and will of X'arilyg and everything will not stand against the test of existence.

"The reason their wasn't any proposed foreign policy was because I didn't know what kind of foreign policy we wanted, only that trade agreements and peace seems to be the general idea, I believe"

A slave tax, unless its significantly harsh, will not shift the slavery problem. People keep thinking that indentured servitude and slavery are completely different sides of the spectrum, indentured servitude is that you just sell your labor not yourselves. Current slaves will be turned into forced laborers, and under a contract with little regulation, will have to provide their labor for the interval wealth the nobles give to the family as payment.

Anyways someone should go ahead and propose some sort of peace-economic foreign policy, I have little idea to elaborate on the issue eloquently.

@Tack I think we should be allowed to perform two designs per turn if we get 6 dice. It may be the Revision phase, its just that the people previously were a little bit scarce on whether to devote to a second Design

Here's another design this turn so that our soldiers/cultist have better personal weapons

Design: BurstGun: Utilizing the autogun as a base, we make a heavier hitting assault rifle that shoots higher-caliber bullets in a auto-burst 3 type of style. It will be designed to have to almost the same power as a Boltgun, so that it can penetrate light surfaces with ease and maybe even light plating of armor.

When you cause a massive drought unintentionally and everyone thinks your a threat to society, your going to be a little melodramatic. How he survived that encounter of self-realization, wells that a different story for another time
