When I made this account I didn't capitalize the username and it bothers me. Can I somehow get my username changed without creating a new account?

DF Modding / Metal Plants

 So, I made a plant be made out of a metal like material template. But for some reason, even though the material has [IS_METAL], the plant can't be made into metal objects in arena mode. Do I have to make a custom reaction and make this plant the reagent like with thread, or is there an easy way to make it harvest-able then melt-able?

 Is there a way to add special properties to guns or bullets. Maybe a way for a gun to shoot multiple bullets at 1 time or, what I want to do, to make bullets burst into flames mid-air. I want to make a weapon that shoots fire in short bursts, most likely by making bullets combust soon after their fired.

This mod adds some ancient guns. These guns are based on guns made during and right after the medieval times. They all use the crossbow skill for ranged and either hammer or spear for melee.

Musket
 The musket is like the crossbow except it shoots at a higher velocity with a smaller bullet. Instead of just sticking into the place of impact, it often can shoot of limbs, get stuck in muscles, or shoot straight through organs. Muskets take 3 metal bars to craft at the metalsmith's workshop and shoot metal balls. These must be wielded with two hands by anyone human-sized or smaller.

Bayonet Musket
 Identical to the musket, but has a bayonet. The bayonet is a stabbing implement and does more damage then the normal musket. It is either crafted with 4 metal or a musket and 1 metal at the metalsmith's workshop and uses the spear skill in melee.

Rifled Musket
 This is a modified musket. It shoots light metal balls. The Rifled musket shoots more accurate then the musket at farther distances but also shoots smaller bullets and does less damage. There is a bayonet version as well.

Flintlock Pistol
 Like the musket, but smaller and less powerful. It only takes 2 metal to craft. Not as powerful, and usually only gets lodged in the wound and doesn't shoot off limbs. Unlike the muskets, it can be used one-handed by most creatures. Crafted at the metalsmith's workshop and shoots metal balls.

Hand Cannon
 The hand cannon shoots large metal balls. While the balls are shot farther and hit harder then the Flintlock, the bullets are very big so they usually only bruise the muscle or organ. They only take 1 metal to craft at a metalsmith's workshop and are an early weapon used to quickly arm a militia. They can be held one-handed.

DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / Labyrinth Questions

 So i'm making a labyrinth for captured enemies to try to escape. It has no dead ends so the AI won't easily path out.

 I'm going to put Hostile animals in here and was wondering if they could activate pressure plates? Because i'm going to use pressure plates to have the doors open to get out so that it hopefully stops the hostile animals from getting out. And if they do, will they automatically path to the outside if they press the pressure plate? Can sentient creatures (Elves, Goblins, etc.) Press pressure plates? And if they do will they press them to get out? Or is it luck?

 Also, is there a way to force dwarves to move an item to a specific stockpile? I want to make rooms that have armor and or weapons so the victims have a chance to get out. If not, is their any other way to get them into these rooms? And can the victims pick up dwarf forbidden items?

 Finally, is their a more specific way or attracting minotaurs then just having lots of money?

EDIT: Can Humans/Goblins/Elves/ETC. Pick up equipment off dead bodies? (Can a Minotaur?)

A little while back i made a thread about getting food. That worked great, now i have over 1000 food at almost all times. But, i always have drink under 100, and i have to devote my attention to it because i have 67 dwarves. And i have at least 5 3x3 farm plots. Any ideas?
