Must...not..look...at...reflection...
Tell the officers that my reflection is talking to me, so I must keep my eyes closed.  Keep my eyes closed until we get to the hospital.

Expo adopts a heroic superman-esque pose, and looks toward the hallway.

"I sense danger!  Onward, my number 2!  Let us get the preemptive strike!"

Immediately rush out into the hallway with my robot companion, blindly attacking whatever approaches.

(P.S. Expo prefers to fight via traffic-cone headbutts)

all ants able to forage besides queen, do so on the one fertile square near my hill

You can only have 1 group of ants foraging at a specific tile, can't you?

(Gonna be leaving forum Roleplay after I finish my fight. Gonna use this time to work on other stuff. After role playing for a year, I've decided that it's too slow for me, and I lose interest too quickly. Otherwise, I have enjoyed this a lot, and may this RP just get crazier.)
Before you go, can you tell us what your character's abilities were?  I'm kind of curious.  It looked like you got some kind of new ability after the island escape mission.

(I checked the map, and I'm still missing the burrow I built 2 turns ago, 2 tiles north of my queen's nest.)

Player 12 Action:
-25 Diggers dig 1 burrow 3 tiles north of queen's nest, at layer 1
-70 Foragers forage
-30 Breeders -> Kill for food
-45 Basic Ants forage
-5 Scouts (Group 1: south of colony) move 5 tiles north, 1 tile east, and 1 tile south
-5 Scouts (Group 2: at colony) move 6 tiles north, 1 tile east

(I'm hoping I can find a fertile tile soon that I can reach with the burrows.  Otherwise, I'll probably have to sac quite a few ants.)

Sorry, missed that bit while typing the other part. The grates are removable. Also, it's fine to do many actions, just expect that it will tire you out the more strenuous that the usage is. All you would have to do is wait a bit before using your powers again so you can rest a bit. You can use your powers while strained, but that could result in a disaster.

Oh, ok then.  Well, since I've strained myself a bit anyway, just go ahead and do the action I posted.  It will give my a character a moment to relax his ability before he tries to escape.  I'll make some minor edits to that post.

46 - Neutral event - Heavy Winds - no ants may fly next turn

So, does this mean my scouts are unable to move anywhere this turn?  I noticed my scouts didn't move last turn, according to my map.  Was this what stopped them from moving?

I'm going to let you do everything this time, but it is really going to tire your character out. Mainly allowing it because you are using only partial capacity instead of full power for every action.

(That's fine.  I thought this would be a safe place to train my mental muscles, but I'll tone it down next time.)

(Since you didn't comment about the grates being removable, I'll assume that they're not.)

Hmm, before I try to get out of here, I should check if it's possible to go backwards.   He turned around and looked back toward the running fan.  To get here, I must have gotten past that fan somehow.  Maybe it was off earlier?

Approach the running fan. If the fan is very loud, reduce my hearing to 90%.  Inspect it.  Determine if there is a way for me to turn it off.
