I added a built in dictatorship rule in case of TBF like things happening with someone making things difficult.

Oppose character sheet rule, oppose new rule rule

New Rule 5: new rules must be numbered starting with the highest number rule currently in place (For Example: a new rule at this point would be New Rule 5)

Rules:
1. Count as high as possible.
2. New rules may be added with the consent of three players.
2A. These three players must be the player who proposed the rule and two different players.
2B. New rules may affect any aspect of the game.
2Bi. New rules must not eliminate counting from the game.
3. Disagreements are to be settled by a player decided by all parties involved to be neutral.
4. The OP reserves the right to change or update these rules at any time to reflect the needs of the players and the well being of the game.
5: New rules must be numbered starting with the highest number rule currently in place
6: Players counting with an odd number must provide an original haiku.
7. Players counting with a multiple of 10 must provide an original haiku.
8. If 2 different players oppose a New Rule, that New Rule can no longer be enacted.
9: No player may ever count by a number greater than, or less than, 1.
10. If a haiku-er requests a rating, and only if a haiku-er requests a rating, the next two posters must rate the haiku.
11. The penalty for breaking any rule is the loss of all accrued gold, and the addition of the offenders name to the 'CHEATER LIST' in the OP.
20. All new rules must be given the number that they were proposed with.

26A. All current proposals are to be thought of as having been opposed by all players.
26Ai. This proposal is not included.
26B. New proposals may not be created until the last one has been decided on.
25Bi. This proposal is not included.

I propose: All players must belong to a political party with the exception of the Spam King.
There are 2 available political parties:
The Red Party
The Blue Party
A player shows membership by either posting in red or blue.
The Red Party posts in red; the Blue Party in blue.
Players can only switch political parties if twenty posts have been made since the last switch.
