This is my brand new rtd, since the last ine died due to me failing to post an update due to RL stuff, so here we go again. I am older and wiser now, however, so let's do this properly. I have planty of free time in my hands, so I want severe prodding if I fail to update!

You are a bunch of people in a standard RPG town, presumably about to go on an unspecified adventure. Who are you? What is in the rulebook? Not much and quite a lot, not nessecarily in that order.

This is a standard RTD, you post an action, I roll a dice, and then determine how much you fail. If you roll a:
1: Miserable failiure
2: Failiure
3: Not quite a failiure, not quite a success.
4: Success
5: Perfect success
6: Overshot

I've been wanting to post this here for some time now, since we really do need more activity. This is a small community in Discord that was founded tpby TheImmortalRyukan some time ago. Since then, it's grown to a reasonably sized community, mostly focused in discussion about Gaming in general.
However, it has also over the times been spiced up by internal politics. I'm not joking, it's been a parlimentary democracy, a Monarchy, and a dictatorship p, all within the last year. We have plenty of unrest, drama, and about three rebellions, as well as a community of Discount Memelords that live here, some of whom are loyal, one of who, aphas been banned and un banned at leadt four times. I know I've blathered, and I apolagise if this is the wrong place to put this, but MHB keeps on yelling about how it's dead, and I want to disprove him once and for all.

Basically, you start a nation. Then, you post facts and stuff about it's culture, background, miliatary, government,cetc. You can make your own, or jump on the bandwagon of s bigger one.
Making big emoires to invade smaller ones will be determined by dice rolls done by the GM, but aside from that are fully O.K.
I will not take notes. You must compile the information on your nation yourself.
I will put links to postd here if requested.
This is set in a pre - modern future, think WW1, with steampunk and maybe magic that ypu lot can develop yourselves.

This is the nation of bay12! I just made this on a whim, and it's probably going to end terribly, but I'll come up with rules in a bit. What could go wrong?

How this works is that every Bay12er gets a vote in this nation, and what you vote for will decide how the nation inevitably dies.

Firstly:

What is our name? (The empire of pain, for example)
What is the name of the puppet ruler that we order around? (John smith, for example)
What is the genre of our nations era? (Fantasy, modern, science fiction, science fantasy, etc.)
Where is our nation situated? (Seaside, forest, mountains, etc.)

We are, unquestionably, worshipping the grand pantheon:
Armok, the great toad god, Ironblood the immortal, Cacame the awesome, and several others.

Now let the chaos begin!

I'm on a bus, and I just came up with the idea of making a forum game where you have a bunch of people make planets, and species, and start new nations on those planets. I have no idea how it would work, I'm just seeing who would be interested.
Please post any ideas you have here, this could go places.

I have come up with a new and ingenious solution to shitposting and spam: contain it within one thread, without clogging up the forum.
However, since this is obviously going to be a tumoltuous place, if Toady lets me keep it here, there need to be some rules:
1. No arguing. Full stop. If you start, stop. Or else.
2. [reserved]
3. No pictures/comments/ANYTHING at all which could be counted as sexual or pornographic. If I find anything fetishy or sexual, I will lock the thread.
Just assume that "bad" stuff is unacceptable, and don't argue about it.
Now take cover.
