Of course, that was because I was using the honeyback cheat from Cheato, which made the game almost insultingly easy, but after working my butt off to get that cheat I couldn't really bring myself to care anymore. Anything that removed tedium from this game was worth it. It also made the cheat for getting 25 pages kind of stupid in comparison, since all that did was enable the ability to listen to the game's music.
Plus, the real difficulty with the game was finding all of the hidden stuff, and it only made enemies [mostly] irrelevant without making it any easier to find stuff. On that note, I never did figure out what my reward was for getting 90 jiggies. Jamjars told me it was something on the main menu, but nothing obvious jumped out at me.
I'm glad I played the game, but I'm also glad I'm done with it...

Sure, that stinks, but it's Saudi Arabia, what would you expect?Fighters are not employees, but contractors. Except they are also exclusive. Which is illegal amongst the amazingly few labour laws in the US. Also they have to fight even while injured and don't get leave. Or medical treatment. Or really any sort of support.
I assume WWE are making big bucks from being over there, otherwise why tf would they be? And who knows, maybe as it continues they will actually help Saudi culture become a li'l less shit. Apparently they had a female commentator at this year's installment, and as of 2017 women are at least allowed to come to the events, albeit with a "male guardian".
It's why you don't see a lot of old wrestlers and the ones who you do see are fucked up beyond measure.

« on: September 17, 2019, 09:44:54 am »Been playing the second Styx game. Cool Grimdank goblin stealth game. Seems they took the “haha he’s a smartmouth” feedback from the first game and decided to amp it up to 11.
Which is fine. The downside is every time you die he breaks the fourth wall and rebukes you with a little quip. “You realise you’re not supposed to hold the controller with your feet”. I play keyboard mouse. Is this what it feels like to be marginalised?
