pretty average IQ unless otherwise specified, attitude depends on the previous shape.)
Hydrokinesis - divination by water. Ulimate water control. Has many uses for ex. You can dehydrate a dragon,
by making his blood vanish, or you can make water appear out of nowhere.
Tier 4
Cryogeddon - Ultimate spell. After casting this your water spells will get auto 6s, but you will lose the ability to cast fire spells.
