I went back to palette-swap Simon's hair again, and it turns out a Batta palette-swap NPC had just what I had in mind before starting the splice. Yay! I might as well clarify some tiny bits of his bio, while I'm at it.
I'm still using the default theme because having a different color for unread threads is too OCD-inducing. Lucky for me, nobody uses this color or this one.

Fel, only real problem I see with that color scheme is you're using hair color from FE8, but skin and clothes and outline color from FE6 which are very different contrasts so the hair stands out way more than it should. If you're fine with that, then cool, but you might want to consider recoloring everything to a FE8 palette. Which would also make you and twin's mugs more different.

Posting this for feedback before I do the bio.
I'm a bit worried about the fault - it might have literally no effect on some chapters, and it definitely will make him near-useless in others. Should I change it to something broader and less extreme?
About that mug, since it was my first time, I just did a simple splice; this hair palette was apparently pretty common in FE6. I might change it later if it's really an issue - though the more glaring one is that I unconsciouly used the same armor as Twinwolf
