Hope appreciates Talin's aid, and particularly points out that Talin's experience with the various production methods and infrastructures of the bug kingdom are a strength the current kindom needs.

(Your work with metallurgy groups has been really helpful! Hope will be limited in how much it can focus on the various production types, so in later turns picking a few production methods to support is always a good idea! If you want help with something feel free to let me know too!)

(Woot, wouldn't be a hope turn without a 1 or 6! Chaotic luck, baby!! XD)

Hope reaches out to monsters who have a way with written word, the capacity to create images or words on surfaces with magic or skill, or who are just REALLY good at shouting, in the hopes of creating a group to share information at a mass level within Zethe. It would serve to have a media and light propaganda group for the kingdom, and should allow for stronger recruitment possibilities in future projects.

As a first action of this media group, they should spread the word of the remedy of the Green Spot by the Alchemy division and the exciting new project of the Metallurgy division. Sharing positive information should give citizens something to be excited about, and bolster the relevant groups for their achievements.

Hope also takes steps to listen to dissenter ideas. No promises will be given, but maybe useful ideas will arise from this. The groups themselves might be turned to act on their own ideas, should they be positive ones. If not it should at least foster conversation over dissent in the kingdom. If possible, look for media recruits among these groups while doing this, as they are already vocal (avoiding extremists that wouldnt be controllable).

Look at the training program within the Guard, is it occurring and are there experienced trainers working on this?

Contact the king about drafting some basic rights for the citizens and natural limitations in power for policing units and the Guard.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)
The major goals of this would be an assurance to citizens of basic maintenance of freedoms in light of growing military might. No guards beating citizens randomly in the street. The kingdom isn't developed enough to use resources to make a strong legal system yet, but these and other citizen rights can serve as a base later on.

If accepted these rights should be listed or engraved in various public places. Ways to contact the kingdom should a violation of these rights occur should also be set in place and made public.

Kinky, yet surprisingly pleasant marital interactions.
Think Legolas and Gimli.

WWUD with infinite power and infinite magma?

Ha! Hope isnt great at this! XD

Hope leaves the agriculture and metalurgy squads to figure it out for themselves. Backing off worked out well for the guard so it might just work here.

It spends the days working to aid the guard in building these outposts, attempting to use shadow magic to aid in the manipulation of large construction elements. (I was thinking that using shadow manipulation to influence the physical would be Hope's magical forte, things like binding or inhibiting an enemy with shadow, or making spikes from that shoot out from shade. Thoughts?)

During the nights it attepts to explore the temple on top of Mount T. Being cautious as it does so.

Nothing. He would be limited by his own capacity to act and his environment.
We are all cogs in the machine.
...
He would also get that little red stress arrow.
Then be culled for it by a gamer who didn't want to deal with tantrums.

WWUD if he worked in an office?

T.T Lots o ones. And a six. Chaotic luck XD
Also the border patrol and police were meant as a single force with one purpose, I'll try to be clearer in my mass of text, though it looks like it turned out the same! XD.
Sorry we made you write a book! Hope it helps to know that this one has been very excited to read it!!

Are we still in mission phase?
If so

Sweet!!!
I was thinking it would be really cool if both forces went!
I didn't want to intrude on idv gameplay styles (more than I tend to do) but a mineralvore mobile prospecting unit is hella cool and will add a new dimension to every new area!
And with this much force yall might even have enough umf to take another zone afterwards. XD

(EDIT: Question: its says the metalvores assimilate what they eat. What does that mean? Do you get bonuses?
Is it from material or does the actual thing count too?
If you eat an enchanted sword what might you get from it? Basically, at what level of production should we give you the item?)

To Azarian- It might be useful to communicate with the Ogres before heading out then, or bring some along, given it is their home turf.

To Talin- It seems your force may first wish to scout the plains for other reasons for which the herds have become hostile before interacting. When it comes time for diplomatic interactions you might actually be at a disadvantage without the backing of a strong force/creature to earn respect
Eversor or Rusty might both have the needed strength to cow (OOC: because herd, get it?? Hohoho) the population? Otherwise, without a strong force it seems things may fall through quickly.
Edit:(If Talin wanted he could also switch places with hope.
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

Hope states that it will target stabilizing the conflicts between species. These are erupting due to the addition of the Ogres, but will likely happen again as other species join. Creating an inclusive culture could help lower the tension due to this.

To do so it will focus on the following projects:

P.S Love that meeting. Shoom-monster yess

Fascinating!! I love getting these!
(Love the shroom leader!)

OK!!! (Woo!!)

(I think its pretty obvious our objectives as a society are 4 fold.)
While the lords and king are assembled hope lists 4 main societal objectives for consideration
Spoiler (click to show/hide)

In doing this hope informs the others of what it has seen and done these last weeks

Based on these here are some ideas to move forward:

Spoiler (click to show/hide)

It asks what those present think on these points, and asks that all add to them as desired. Particularly the King, as we would be operating in his name.

Edit!!:Oh shoot missed the Eversor marching orders sorry!

Woot!!
Thanks!

Ok! I can see hope being relatively loyal to the king given the current situation and how he handled the Forgotten Guards
Serious face then. Gonna set this sucker up! >:D

Hope has gained some appreciation for the Capitol and its citizens through its observations. It was blinded by the excess of activity and movement within that capital, but the movement itself was beautiful.
It has been given some power, and decides to use this power to explore what may be growing issues or underutilized benefits in the population. This is in part to satiate its curiosity on these issues and in part an act of appreciation towards the populace.

As such here are the movements it will take, in order of priority, until the free time is over.
1. Search out the monsters in charge of agriculture and try to identify their current plans. While interacting with them, get a feel for how organized they are.
2. Seek out monsters knowledgable in minerals and blacksmithing, and try to convince them to work towards identifying uses of the two new ores. Introduce them to each other if not already organized or in contact. If possible getting them to work together is the best option, but may be tough.
3. Seek out the rare flower field during the nights, using hope's capacity to stretch over areas and search. Given the small size of the flowers, hope can only stretch to a certain extent, and move by section on the mountain top.
4. If successful, take a Cleridea flower to the monsters in charge of agriculture and see what they know of it, or what they can identify. If not, see if they know alchemist monsters and can reference hope to them.

(Trying to keep it to a rough week of work. I'm studying International Administration, and it seems about right. Particularly if you dont sleep, and I dont. Hohoho! That said if too much please cut or cut off as neccesary!!! (2 seems the big time-sink) Either way, I think at least one major project will come from this! Unless I get all 1s! Hohoho!) (Edit: I dont sleep personally. Thats the joke! Hohoho!!)

Out of character:
Cool!!! Thanks for the update!

Hope was less trying to be precise and more being curious about this new area and its people.
The amount learned was pretty good in light of this (mwhaha :D).
The Census example was just an example of the type of info that I was hoping to get out of hopes wanderings, hope is currently acting purely out of curiousity atm. (Though hope is starting to take interest in this, and depending on the state of management may move this way based on percieved need)

During this time I had been also hoping hope would get a feel for types of monsters that have joined the kingdom as of now, and interspecies  interactions. I was curious if the community of monsters was relatively harmonius in the face of their work?
Did Hope catch any elements of this during the week? Even a rough feel?

Also, memory check, how did hope come to become a commander? How were we selected amoung many? Is it purely a question of power?
And will we neccesarily be sent out on an expidition after this, or might hope petition to work on in house projects? It seems there needs to be works toward stabilization. Edit: More a question of how you will define the game then asking for you to tell me the future. ;)

Finally, how far can the shadow be stretched in this case? Curiousity on the level of usefulness of that tool concept.

Overall:
Sorry to overwork you right away!!
But I think I'm getting really excited. XD
I promise I'll jump to next action after this!
Edit: The writing/world is really good quality too, thumbs up!! :D :D

Figure out the total size and relevant info of our nation. Citizens, numbers and types of monster (small edit), location on the mountain, food supply, agriculture, current forces, other production if any, what non-military monsters do with their time, and what would they be interested in doing? How large the current site is and how large it can grow. Any other relevant information that makes itself apparent.

How long have we been at this site?
How did all of the current monsters get here?
What is the radius of the tear, or in int 1 terms how far does it work? (hope probably isn't super up on geometry)
Who were the old guard, how did they live, where was their settlement, and what skills and items do they bring to the kingdom?

Think a census for information that hope didn't already know, though not a formal one.
Hope will not rush to do this, but rather meander as curiousity takes it, asking questions, wandering, and observing.
This may allow for unsought rumors or information, but may also not allow time to answer all questions/gain a complete understanding of enverything (small edit)

EDIT: Do elementals sleep? I would think not.
If not, Social Observance during the day, but it expands to exist in as much darkeness as it can (within the capitol, on the ground, not in private spaces) to observe as much as possible/see the capitol from a larger perspective. It also may take the time to interact with interesting night creatures in similar ways

EDIT EDIT: Ah if someone drops something or somehow is about to harm the expanded-night-hope, it quickly learns to be aware of such things and avoid them. (May not always work but it at least tries not to get hurt by random things)
