"You've already got samples for the lab. And you'll get the organs. I shot the thing." Danh replies, turning his head to Frazz as he walks.

"Let's mark this area on the maps, just in case we end being able to get back to it." Danh says hopefully, handing the extra talon off to Frazz, before stashing the teeth and his own talon away.

"Yeah, that's dead!" Danh laughs, smiling behind his helmet. He takes a few photos of it, one with his hand in frame, giving a thumbs up.
Dropping his gun to the snow, and eagerly taking out the standard issue knife that everyone gets, the man starts to brutishly slice and hack at one of its talons, trying to remove it.
"Face doesn't look that different though. Caught a glimpse, the thing's just as disgusting now as it was then." He adds, now with a light chuckle.

Gripping his gun, Danh starts to scream "CONT-", before he's cut off. Partially by a deafening burst of automatic fire pouring into the thing by his gun, and partially by said thing ramming into his torso at dangerous speeds.
He goes sailing into the woods about twenty or thirty feet as he's hit, like before.

Gun back in his hand, Danh pushes himself up with a grunt, and quickly hurries to an open spot on the edge of the group, being one of the mission's soldiers and all.
"Was...that one of those...four, dee things!?" He asks, still sounding somewhat disoriented.

The large mans mind hardly registers what happens as it happens.
As he's rammed by Something, his gun sprays a burst of automatic fire into the sky and surrounding woods, before he's shaken around, involuntarily dropping the firearm to the forest floor.
Starting to yell in a terrified maner, he's cut off quickly when he's smashed into a tree, gasping loudly as the air is forcibly pressed from his body on impact.
As he stares around, dizzy and confused, his hands paw as his torso and the ground around him, the warm sensation of morphine trying to mask the undoubtedly bad pain from whatever just happened.

"If you didn't insist on bringing your robot maid everywhere, this wouldn't be an issue." Danh butts in, voice carrying underlying tones of hostility, as usual.

"Fuck this." Danh sighs, in a resignatory manner, getting off the snowmobile, and checking his own gear.
"Frazz, can you carry the tent on our snow-thing, or do you have heavy science shit or something?"
