A quick write up
Quote
Reticent Orators:

The words of Heliel and her adherents are antithetical to the cause of evil, and by their very nature, abhor it. Developed with the experience of our marching songs imbued with fortifying powers, these preachers were created. Trained by Heliel, they imbue their words with good in such a way that the very sound does not care to approach those harboring or involved with evil.

The Orators are sent out into the world, to act as inaudible proselytizers and spies. In preaching, their words will naturally be heard by those most susceptible to them, and creating converts becomes a more efficient process. Those who listen and respond can be sought out immediately to be talked to by recruiters. Out of the public eye, those trained in this magic are capable of communicating without our agents without being overheard by our enemies.
Could probably edit it, since the alternative was to cause pain to those with Evil, but probably not be silent. For now, I'm expecting that you could probably get around it by tricking anyone not directly evil into telling you what the preachers say, it's a flaw, but not an enormous one for the infiltration.

Shef gave a questioning glance, how long had Minato been watching, he wasn't certain. "Oh, what do you mean? Suppose Magnum von Chainsaw was a bit strange, but we've also fought Hitler and Stalin combined, so, gotta get used to that."

>Feardorcha, an ancient fortune teller who has foretold the fortunes of presidents and CEOs before.

"Me? Not particularly, if I'm honest. Couple things that sound strange out of context, but Noriko and Yuki's, and your stuff sound significantly stranger."

"In terms of pure strangeness, things haven't been so bad. Some frustrating battles, but all for learning, so it's alright."

I just like the idea of turtle people. And Song of Soothing is just a weak but broadly applicable base to build up from.

>Call the COPS and tell them that his milkman car is ILLEGALLY parked. It doesn't matter if it's broken, it's broken in the WRONG spot.

Conclude that he's having brunch at the common grounds bistro. If he's not, we can get a bite to eat!

"Look, all I know is, Yuki apparently asked to make sure the drinks they had at the resort weren't alcoholic, they drank, and next thing they new, they were in kingshaven and couldn't remember last night. Yuki also drank some random whiskey she found in a bottle after already being drunk, or something to that effect."

234
"Who said she didn't? Suspect she'll have more to say later, but she dropped it when reassured that nothing beyond combat and modeling happened. Far as we know." He knew this wouldn't be the end of it, but frankly Shef considered that a very good thing.

"Apparently alcohol is one of the least intoxicating things they put in drinks."

235
"Apparently. So, we're currently investigating events from last night. Noriko and Yuki got drunk off their asses because of incompetence or malice at the resort, we'll be figuring that out later. They ended up here, right? Noriko found a date while drunk, local princess or something, and this morning they were supposed to fight a bunch of school students. Things happened, and now I'm her stand in and she went back to the resort." Shef shrugged.

"Among other things they modeled for an eromanga, obtained a bioweapon and promptly forgot it somewhere, someone from your school jumped me in an alleyway--you know Sakurako?--, I had a pillow fight, and. . . there's a bit more, but we ended up in the fight you saw us in."

"Third of four total, I think, though the second is kinda, not decided yet."

236
Get in touch with the locals. Can't stalk on an empty stomach!

Or you can, it's whatever.

237
"Right, we've got four battles against teams like that. . .but, later. If you haven't heard yet, what's going on is something of a long story."

"So, your battles. Hard? Learn anything knew? Did you win?"

238
"What vacation? But. . .yeah, I guess. Good to know most of these fights have less of a chance of killing anyone I guess. Is that what you mean?"

239
A slight shiver passed over Shef, but he accepted it. He'd wanted to try something a little unusual, but not too out there, and this was what he got for it. He'd continue to monitor the person from the first fight as the two girls got to talking. He'd be on the look out for others though, given Ignis' tricks, and prepared for the possibility that any one of these people could be his adversary.

Unlikely to be attacked of course, given Yuki's presence, but he'd not let that lull him into relaxing his guard.

Try the rehardening vanilla and the cookie dough, and air conditioning. Otherwise Shef will try to make himself as inconspicuous as possible. No full on requiem use, but maybe let it bleed through a bit.
