Players can only add or modify a rule if they added or modified a rule in a previous reply to this thread.

Time to calculate the points.
I put 11 patches in that post.
11 groups of 1 patch, as well as 11 groups of 10 patches
11x10=110 groups of 2 patches, as well as 110 groups of 9 patches.
11x10x9=990 groups of 3 patches, as well as 990 groups of 8 patches.
11x10x9x8= 7920 groups of 4 patches, as well as 7920 groups of 7 patches.
11x10x9x8x7=55440 groups of 5 patches as well as 55440 groups of 6 patches,
and only 1 group of 11 patches.
That makes for a total of 2(11+110+990+7920+55440) +1= 128943 groups of patches.
Each patch group is equal to 5 points. 128943 x 5 =644715 point.

..And I thought I'd be a millionaire. Oh well.

At least I have another patch.
Rules:
If you locate a loophole in a game, you earn five points.
If you offer a patch/patches that are accepted, you earn ten points.
If a player discovers a loophole in your patch, you lose fifteen points unless five minutes have passed based on the timestamps on the two posts in question.
The player with the most points is to be designated the current winner, if people are tied, then list all the people tied as current winners.
The above rules can be modified by a majority vote or by the OP.
The score of the game is measured in points. Whenever a 'point' is mentioned, it refers to this definition, unless otherwise said.
Patches are considered for points both separately and as a whole group. However, only one patch can occur in a single post starting when this rule first appears in a patch. This specifically refers to the 'fixed' versions of the rules, not the word 'patch' or a cloth patch.

Donut holes are HERESY!
What about a caramel apple? Would you like to eat one of those?
I'll take one.
Here. Sorry about the weird plastic handle, though. It may feel weird, but the wooden handles splinter up into the apple.

Well, I have a new patch now.

Evasive maneuvers! Close eyes, and approach the sound of hoofs on the ground while taking a wavy path and irregular speed to help evade the bullets. Call out to Shub-biscuit, too.

I offered a patch that was accepted 11 times. The rules specifically say "patch/patches", but this means that patches can count separately and as a group, right?

The rule for when people are tied doesn't specify whether "them" refers to the people tied of people in general. Let me patch it.

A point is never clearly defined. It could be an important piece of information, a unit of information, or a sharp tip. Your rules would be points of consideration, so they would count. My patch would be..

Name: Raul Eduardo
Description: A young Hispanic of the age of 23, slightly under the average height. His brown hair is rather messy from his sleep, and he has evidently not taken any time to fix it. His eyes are blue and appear rather bright, hinting to some degree of intelligence.
First Mutations: Large claws present on the hands.
Inventory: A crappy Zibbo™ lighter and a pack of cigarettes.
For some reason, I really want this guy to become a doctor..
Currently imagining him trying to use a syringe on someone but can't prick the guy because his claws keep getting in the way.
"Woops! Sorry! Hey, you didn't need that arm anyways. Woops! Or that one."
At least he'd be good at amputations. Almost TOO good...then again, it'd be pretty effective on enemies.
