The woman merely scoffed at the notion "Ha, dangerous? The real danger around these parts are the ruffians I suspect have made off with the local medicinal supplies in the wake of these rumors of war." With a suppressed wince she forced herself to straighten up, the shaking of her hands persisting despite her best efforts.

"I'd have cut through the last of them like carving a cake, had I even a single Vulnerary. But enough of that for now..."

"I am Cadence Albin, second princess of Alketh. Why, pray tell, do you look so familiar?"

It was something she'd keep in the back of her mind for later. For now she produced the folded map the Boggers had given her and briefly relayed their account of what was going on in the deep bog to Arint, dire warning for preparation and all. "...and that's about it. They can probably tell you more directly, part of the reason I took them alive and all. Out of curiosity, did you guys know anything about this High Priest Glofriam character before all of this?"

Briefly sniffing the wind, the dragon princess soon set off after the unusually large bird that had accompanied them. "Onward friends, We'll not find any respectable game so close to civilization! The forest depths hide a great many creatures- I once saw the most adorable drake flying through while I waited."

"So you know true way of things already?" Yava smirked, leaning against the wall. "Good, good. This makes things simpler. Yis. It is so. She is very much golden queen... and golden psycho. The... chained knight you have seen is person I owe great deal to, and sole reason I pretend to work for that bitch. As for why I do not appear in dreams, it is because I am too weak: I am but humble Thief, forsaken by Truth and Fate alike. Your power peers into future, and thus you are probably tied to Fate by nature. I am as invisible to your farsight as I am to Erina right now. Which is good, because I will stop her at all cost... but first I must know if this grand seer she fears can be convinced to act as friend instead of foe. I am doubtful, but it is worth try."

She stared at the girl for a few moments before finally sighing. Likely a fair bit messier of an avenue than she'd liked, but it was at least worth a shot. It was time to see how much she could tone down a bat shit insane story.

"Very... well then," She said, "But you are going to want to take seat for this. I would not believe what I'm about to say myself, had I not lived through it... My employer is Erina. Yis, that Erina. She plays at niceties but in truth she is... person of horrifying power, more than any normal meister has right to. More than famous Lily of Damnation, even. I do not know how she acquired it, or how long she hid it, but she plays at great game I cannot see end of, even as I contribute to it. She is dangerous, unhinged, and probably willing to do great many terrible things for sake of whatever world she hopes to create. Seer I have been sent to kill is part of that game she plays, and likely to interfere with whatever she has planned."

She paused expectantly, as if gauging Siren's reaction so far...

Despite herself she smiled and gave the girl a thumbs up before contemplating the question. "Well... I can't exactly just leave ya here. And you did say you wanted to help me right? How about you come with me and my friends, and we'll all try to save the world from a nasty witch of a goddess? That sound good, Fairy?"

"I see..." Aurora shrugged, clearly still bothered by something even as she continued, "Well, if that's the case, I suppose we'd best be off. The sooner we solve this demon issue, the better."

She didn't know why this place concerned her so. It was beyond what the presence of mere spirits would do- in her own world they'd seldom been more than fleeting blips on her radar. She could have sworn that this weald was alive, in it's own bizarre way. This feeling was too pronounced for it not to be. Whatever the truth of it was, however, Mitsu was correct; they had far more dire matters to attend to.

Aurora just couldn't help but wonder if Mitsu realized that she was included among them.

Perhaps it was unintentional, perhaps it wasn't, but either way her voice carried far enough for Mira to have easily heard it.
