Yes, they are called Degrees and Chords. The Prefix I am using is a classification of their purpose so when we obsolete them, the GM, the enemy, and us can, at a glance, know what kind of ship it is.

Slaughterfields are permitted to pursue and hunt ITCs in this scenario.*

Note I will quit if anyone thinks we should leave all our ships out of range for restructuring. One Argument is of course the Helex. The other is a Speed 3 Engine when Speed 2 Engines would still be deployed because they never recieved an upgrade. The next two turns are for development of our fleets. Let's not waste them.

Future Plan could be subject to change based upon new variables. Say leaving the AC Fleet behind with it's carrier for defense. Though they really need the new HELEX the most, it is a valid option. Not a good one, but valid.

To note, we have Speed 2. Getting Speed 3 will solve our issues with returnng to repair. But that does require we bring the ships in. If they are at G, they can return to do so. It also lets us load up our transports.

From there on, our ITCs can go back and forth as needed.

We really do need to upgrade our stuff though. The new Laser is a good step forward.
Another idea is the one below, where it can just sit at G and act as the repair yard.

Mobile Interstellar Repair/Refit Yard

The MIRRY is't so much a ship as a moving space station meant for docking and repairs/upgrades to existing spacecraft. It's slower than it's Engine's would suggest, what a Speed 3 Engine would allow, it can only move at the rate of a Speed 2. It is mostly made out of pylons, living and control spaces, and docks. Along with a lot of storage, and a link back to our Homeworld to receive the latest blueprints. What our Homeworld can do, so can it.(other than building new ships from scratch.)  It can also collect destroyed ships when in the system through the use of it's repair ships as well, which makes it a valuable asset.

Resources needed to build and maintain it means that only one can be built and used at a time. However, it is a very valuable asset for it';s ability to upgrade ships and repair them without having to return to the Homeworld. MIRRY can also repair itself if damaged, which is good since while it is difficult to destroy outright due to a modular nature, it getting in range of an enemy will result in damage. Most of it's armor is focused around the engine, with bulkheads used elsewhere where needed. Storage and docks are pretty safe since it is in vacuum however.

For defense it has access to HELEX Lasers all across it. They can only really damage and distract/deter those that attack it, since it really doesn't want to be in combat in the first place.

Additionally, the name of the station is in fact Mirry.

Infrastructure- Full Dive: Virtual Reality 3D Maneuver Gear Training Simulations

A step using ultra-fast carbon switches and other computer components, special data-links using Photonic-crystal fibers, and neurotransmitters/receivers based around a Neuralink to the spine with those PCF to create the first true VR. The stated goal is the creation of a standard pod that one can use to train in various situations to gain experience at home, to do better on the battlefield.

As for programming, the AR Goggles and a special programming code meant for virtual reality allows the create of very realistic environs. The primary purpose of these pods other than training is well, training. Specifically in the use of the 3D Maneuver Gear. In VR, one can't truly die, and the pain setting is lowered, allowing one to train in the use of the 3D Maneuver Gear without worrying about cost or practicality. This means that a fighting style can be developed using the vibration of the blades to pierce armor and slice through limbs and wires, along with practice moving around, all safely with only energy cost to worry about. And since they are set up at home and not meant to move, we should have enough, and not have to worry about space.

Of course, most of our VR Focus is on this particular training program, so as of right now, there are no other training programs one can choose. Of course, this will make the 3D Maneuver Gear accessible to anyone in theory, and push the boundaries of our technology.

Effective broad-scale augmentations are difficult without the industry of medical equipment behind it, but with the objective of the program in mind, limited procedures can be completed on a massive scale.   The augmentation that was designed only requires a few incisions and no opening through the skull, and is thus limited in only assisting non-invasive methods of up-down brainwave monitoring and communications, it is essentially a series of electrodes and wiring designed so that when combined with a sensor skull-net, it can allow limited two-way interaction between Yaerian and a digital system. It crudely mimics the cranial jacks of the Yaerian Directorate, but it requires no special genetic compatibility, as such it can be given to all forces associated with the training program.

The training pod itself utilizes the limited augmentations it has to manipulate the frontal cortex o the Yaerian and supports all the tertiary functions to make a simulacrum pod much easier to run. It still requires a small battery of pharmaceuticals to properly put a Yaerian into a trance and learn, but it is far past expectations in terms of cost.

3D Maneuver gear are now Cheap

As a note: Scavenged examples of Cranial Jack systems and their implantation procedures means that we have a head-start on identifying compatible individuals. The design team dedicated to the implant used their surplus resources to design a framework for a design on a Cranial jack we can produce with the resources at hand. Though it is undeniably crude, it can suffice for any vehicle we may deploy into the field: any vehicles we deploy will require less crew to man them.

Mobile Nuclear Power Stations
We've had some very serious issues with power needs: We simply don't have enough energy to field enough vehicles or enough exoskeletons for our army, which is not ideal in a world filled with dangers such as Battleframes, razor rain, and radioactive dust-filled air. Oh, and those other guys, the ones that go "squish" when you hit them. In order to provide our front-line troops with some more useful things, we've decided to try and restart some serious power generation here on our planet. Solar isn't exactly combat effective, however unpleasantly radioactive materials are relatively plentiful. We should be able to build small molten-salt nuclear reactors using our supplies of dangerous materials, which are unfortunately plentiful. The principle limitation might be the relative scarcity of radioactive materials in our typical working zones, at least compared to the really nasty areas which would be easy to get this stuff from. Perhaps lead "armor" covered Type-24s operating near the radioactive regions could be of assistance in this regard? Irrespective of this problem, we will utilize chemical means as well as the production of the Alpha Foundry (whose magnetic sorting system should be separating heavy elements from light ones anyway) to sort out the heavy, radioactive materials we need. Then we combine it with some fluorine or a comparable material, again acquirable from many interesting forms of toxic material and things burned by non-oxygen means, and away we go with the reactors.

These fission reactors are built into the casings of the broken-down cargo lifters whose powerplants have failed but whose wheels or treads or whatever are still intact, and a direct geared drive is set up on the end of the steam turbine to run the vehicle when necessary. When not running the vehicle around, the reactor is set up to provide energy direct to forces or infrastructure that is far from our geothermal plants. No masses of battery-laden vehicles are required to provide power to forces with one or more of these in the rear lines.

In the ruins of the thread, Elorius Engineers and Mechanics have a philosophy that too much is never a bad thing. With that in mind, the R&D division has been given the task of working together with them to fashion a series of frameworks, prototypes, as well as production lines to fabricate mobile molten salt fission reactors to provide the front with the power they need. A sizable minority of the design team pointed out a large amount of underground metro infrastructure ready to be utilized:  With the absolutely gigantic maglev rails designed to support behemoth engines two or three stories tall, they argued it would’ve been a perfect fit for the nuclear systems we can fabricate. This was not within the scope of the infrastructure program but was put away for later discussion among logistical planners.

The infrastructure project has resulted in a production pipeline for the Volcanic Mobile Power Unit. In the first step of fabrication, newly developed Fission Reactors are assembled in customized casings from production lines close to the core of the city and carefully hauled to production yards among the spire. From the hallowed graves of precollapse vehicles, the Myrmidon freight haulers are returned from the dead. These vehicles were not deployed to the front as they ran on high-performance radiothermal generators that utilize exotic, volatile isotopes with approximately three years of operational lifetime. Left unattended, they had melted their perfectly engineered cores and then went cold long ago. However, they are perfect for the project at hand. The compact engine housing in the center is ripped out and thrown far away, along with the personnel cabin and a almost all of the cargo space that these behemoths once held

In its place is what can only be described as a sprawling nightmare of a nuclear chamber haphazardly hooked up to closed-cycle steam turbines. Tests are conducted to figure out the exact draw-weight the vehicle can support, and corresponding layers of armor are put around the reactor and turbine before it is shipped out with a rough idea of what its carry limits are. Each one represents a singularly massive investment of resources, and more than one has been allocated to military parades to improve morale due to their rather imposing size. Some of them even have pintle-mounted Iona II ICA’s welded on, but they are more or less fixtures to look pretty as logistics would rather run the other direction then risk their nuclear reactor (they’re welded on the rear). On top, a 3 man cabin is welded on to the top of the vehicle with multiple layers of glass sheets and metal reinforcements so as to allow maximum safety while maneuvering the craft.

In the field, it is very slow. It handles like a crippled sporeship, but the low-geared driveshaft and pre-collapse suspension and only partly rotted smart-wheels means that it can go over hell and high-water. The power it provides allows for high-energy battlefield applications to be viably deployed across all theaters. This manifests as a bonus to power.

However, it opens up a vulnerability in our logistical supply chain. Far-reach teams had scoured the local area for relatively pure fission stocks, and the only viable deposits are on the outer edge of the Blackzone. Type-11 suits and makeshift mining vehicles strip topsoil and move it towards the home city for refining by the Alpha Foundry, but it is a delicate process, and if we lose control of the Blackzone and a footing in the Arcology, we will no longer be able to supply the Volcanic’s constant need for radioactive barring a unique solution. If fission reactors were to be deployed in the home sector, it will not have this issue due to civilian efforts for providing the necessary resources.

No weapon at all was designed to be used with the Starfire yet. my intention was to create a functioning fusion reactor that generates plasma, if I wanted to attach it to a gun I would've clarified that. as-is, I think it would be a bonus to PP as it stands because it fixes the only problem we have from economically utilizing it for power generation.

161
what?

we have two revisions for a reason, and I'm already using one for fixing fusion? I don't see why we have to spend two revisions for fusion, especially when madman pointed out we have ancient ship weapons and craft.

162
I really dont think a sentry turret is viable with a revision.

Interlace Second Stage Kinetic Module (ISSKM)

the ISSKM is designed to replace the later half of the Starfire fusion reaction. The primary action, the way that plasma is generated through a kinetic strike is left unmodified. The ISSKM takes the place of the overly complex evrasium systems which had to originally both create and move plasma into its magnetic containment. Instead, two separate systems are designed for the task of plasma creation and movement out of the reaction chamber, respectively. to ease the burdens of the EMAG system that takes over from the evrasium, Evrasium elements introduce a rotational force into the plasma as it is siphoned out of the chamber so the electromagnetic confinement systems can be simplified.

No turbine is created to use plasma as a working fluid. instead, the plasma is used to heat up a thermal exchanger with an open cycle steam turbine.

Revision/Design: Mass produced blades

The cottage industry of forging blades for our officer core are for the most part over. One of the first instances of mechanized factories utilized for manufacturing military equipment, the sabres that these factories churn out are made from the highest quantity of quality steel, which is then drop-hammered into a proper shape and finished by a smith who heat tempers it. Then, it is stamped with lettering that it is a genuine article of miltiary equipment as well as the serial number it was forged in. The sword is shipped with few embelishments, mostly for the officer to furnish. In addition, smaller sword bayonets are produced in a similar way with far less quality insurance.

The soldiers of our glorius empire will be armed with bayonets and swords.

High Energy Laser Excalibration (HELEX)

HELEX is the name of the project that revamps the Ocular laser system. the frankly dated first-generation chemical medium is replaced with the upscaled formulae that are used in laser emission systems originally created for evrasium technologies. Combined with the technological refinement of laser optics and focussing, the Oculus and derivative laser weapons should be markedly more lethal.

Quote from: Turing Reconstruction Concern
The Technates TechnologicalMeritocracy is a system. Not a system that necessarily works, but it is better than the alternatives. Each day, a hundred thousand organizations spear each other over control of the network on any particular day. Base industries are only barely protected as the base level functions are not usually changed by the network controllers as they acclimatize themselves to the situation at hand before really enacting change or being replaced. In a sense, the ineffective higher organizational structure allows for a burgeoning middle-man infrastructure to bloom, and all things considered, it works well most of the time, or at least well enough to get guns to the infantry.

On the other hand, there has recently been an uptick in terrorist bombings, attacks on critical infrastructure, and assassinations. Rumors abound to their origin, up until a group purporting the dissolving the technocracy’s meritocratic elements in favor of a solidified republic esque structure underneath the/a council of eidolons be created, abolishing the cyclic nature of the meritocratic replacement of officials in our society. This groups name is the Turing Reconstruction Concern, more commonly referred to as the TRC. They believe that the loss of life and ruthlessness that is favored by the meritocracy must be removed at all costs, and have taken to extreme methods to doing so. However, their most striking claim to legitimacy is that our current government is not wholly sanctioned by the founders. That the ruthless on-the-wire Network where resources are efficiently allocated at the moment they are needed has lost the human element it should have had, and that some or maybe even all of the founders had envisioned something else when the landers had fallen.

They want to bring down the Network by regimenting and isolating sectors of the industry, economy, and other sections with physical hard mounts, thus limiting its influence politically. Understandably, quite a few sections of our society wish for this to not happen.
