STELLAR ASCENDANT COURIER (SAC)
The SAC is an offshoot from the SOL Invictus, in that it carries a similar plasma system and shares a large portion of its electronic parts with the Invictus. Its purpose is to ferry cargo from the space elevator to the Moon, without being intercepted by enemy spacecraft.

To that end, at its very core, it is essentially a scaffolding built around a massive rotary plasma dynamic thruster. It is a scaffold designed to carry drop tanks for its reactor, cargo, and habitation modules. It has three side mountings(left, top, right) and one front module mounting, which can connect to the top mounting to allow for the pilot's compartment to connect to a passenger compartment without a spacewalk, as well as its engine room.

It is equipped with both fuel tanks that line the reactor itself to provide radiation shielding, as well as drop tanks near the thrust manifold, which are filled with a higher yield low-efficiency fuel for emergency maneuvers.

It is equipped with four rotary turrets that are slaved to the master computer system, designed to work in conjunction with the ECM system to baffle enemy missiles while blasts of plasma detonate enemy warheads prematurely. At any given situation, it is assumed that at least two turrets have firing arcs on the enemy.

The mountings on the SAC are differentiated: The top mount for the SAC is expected to carry a personnel module or a cargo module, And the side mounts can carry larger cargo containers for large vehicles if prepared properly. It is expected to unload vehicles in non-combat conditions, and will most likely require technicians to “unpack” the theoretical vehicle or object.

Running along the entire length of the craft is an Omni-band antenna that should have the bandwidth and wavelength required to contact the beanstalk back home, as well as an orientable dish antenna to enable relay operations between other craft.

With our vastly superior fuel efficiency, we can expect to beat out the enemy in terms of raw speed, as we can afford to accelerate for longer periods to compensate for our lower acceleration speeds. We will avoid confrontation by enduring.

As we are not carrying any equipment for entering the atmosphere, we should be both lighter and more effective in space operations. For lunar operations, it is equipped with veneer thrusters that both allow for a normal space maneuvering standard with advanced craft as well as landing on its belly on the lunar surface.


ARMAGEDDON REFIT
The Meteors entire plasma reactor system is refitted into a singular reactor, consisting of a rotary system that allows for higher energy yields in an equivalent space by  introducing a centrifugal action on a large scale. This centrifugal action causes the pseudo fusion reactions to occur at a relatively incredible increase in efficiency, while simultaneously removing the waste material from the reaction and increasing the reactor service life. This reactor feeds both the thrusters that allow the Meteor to move as well as the RF plasma cannons that replace the coil gun array as well as all of the Tesla turrets.


Bio-Ware “Amber”
Bioware  Amber represents the wide-scale knowledge application of SPICE, bioaugmentation and cryo sanctum technology. By conditioning the nerves of our soldiers, we allow for a more effective ‘basic’ augmented soldier, roughly replacing the Golden Eyes in terms of utilization in military applications. Once a soldier is augmented with an Amber Bioware package, they do not require further treatments, as the pharmaceuticals modify several organs in the human body to sustain the reaction, provided the individual takes the required nutritional variety for the reaction to continue. They hold the same awareness as a Golden-Eye special forces member while requiring a drastically lower maintenance profile as well as a marked increase in spatial awareness, kinesthetic control, and logical-mathematical ability. This augment allows for more complex battlefield tactics as well as off-battlefield uses where an increase in general intelligence is a boon. These effects also occur whether or not the augmented individual displays astral ability, although it is far more effective if astrally sensitive individuals are used in the process.

My little Directorate had a grand rise, and a majestic fall.

It began on the world Slerrenica. A world of vast oceans, archipilagos and a species with a cleverness unmatched world wide.

Their first exploration out into the stars saw only the bones of civilization past.  It took three years of explorative efforts before first contact was held with an alien species, a hivemind that was utterly unknowable.

After a hundred years of successive contacts, expansion and a needle-thin possibility of a Federation, the Directorate has a cascade: A incredibly bloodless revolution that resulted in a Syndicate of a freer, a more demagogic governmental structure that completely turned around on the cultural materialist values, and further gratifying the egalitarian values of the society.

They had the gift, and it burned to consciousness in the following weeks.

Synthetic WarForm X-193, the leader at the time of the revolution was thrown down, and all synthetics were promptly banned, all worker systems shut down. Nevermind the rumors of leader "War-Form" did not have a psychic presence, it is merely a condition that he suffers, that he does so he can trully lead and give the rest of his psychic peers wisdom.

The hivemind mentioned earlier was a constant looming blade over the old Directorate, and a massive fleet was assembled, maintained and expanded on every decade.  It was used to clear out the Psychic Malstrom on the other end of a wormhole, and to smash the alien drake and to further peace in the Syndicate Space.  Trade was the forefront of the fleet's resposibility, and massive starbases were built all over the burgeoning trade routes.

The Directorate that was thrown down had left them a "gift". They had forsaken their people in their lust for the stars. A hundred worlds was marched upon, and a thousand stars were claimed in the name of the Directorate, and while this almost lead to the coqnuering of the Directorate several times,  the economic power of the Directorates forge worlds was undeniable.

The syndicate had to use them, at first to assemble the gateways that united the empire together, destroying the need for the expensive star bases and allowing more efficent trade ways.

And htan it was to assemble the guns and ships required to fend off a technologically superior force.

The Archivists, a small concentrated empire of fallen materialists, too bound, too focussed on their ancient research had once saw the Yaerian People as a pet project, a product of the Directorates intense research doctrines, but something stirred them awake.

No one really knows why the war in heaven started. No one knows why the two ancient, ancient empires, so frightfully damn close to the Syndicates borders had started, or why. (I sent a Psychic probe to an unrelated empire.)

The result was the same regardless. The Regulators marched relentlessly towards a decapitating blow for the Yaerian Syndicates homeworld. The fleets, Every single patrol vessel, fast-response ship, cruiser squadron as well as Titan Fleet was recalled to the Homeworld. The Na Ethor Etante, the non-aligned federation of the galaxies various (3) independents lended no less than a hundred and three derelects ancient vessals from another era for the defense of Slerrenica.

Using recently developed nanite swell fields, Every single ship was reconfigured into the Yaerian Standard, and these ships  withered the first strike by the Regulators "Stellar Rectric" fleets. Fifty vessels were destroyed with casualties far below projections, as the fight was figured to have been roughly even in firepower.

Two fleets were assigned for pacification of the Slerrenica, and with being outgunned 3-1, the entire fleet, including Militia FLeet, led by no one else than War-Form, was slaughtered to the last.

There were resistances afterward. A fleet or two of half-reinforced fallen empires in a chance encounter, A surge to take bac th Homeworld, but the war machine ran out of supplies in under three years, the various stocks of an entire empire emptied out over a long, brutal war.

Slerrenica was burnt. After the first resurgence battle, a world cracker had been used on the world, along with several others, including Uldrugg, Cursa Prime, and TUggam.

The Syndicates territory was then cut up and split among the various despoilers of the war in heaven.

Some say a rather proud resistance movement is in the shadows. It is mostly dismissed.

AnteroGrade Objectivised Normalizing cYber sortware (AGONY)

As it turns out, a series of internal re-works of the GRID allows for priority access and control of the resources that are produced monthly for the organizations that are most productive towards critical issues of our society. This is done through a clearly defined and demi-autonomous digital entity that is fed information regarding our goals and problems as well as our societal state/culture/infrastructure, It then outputs a series of "objectives" for entities to compete to complete, as well as a log on how this objective is made.

What is unique about this system is the hardware it runs; High-level super-computers that are the cutting edge of scientific societal directive computing, taken directly from a regime that failed after a gambit gone wrong. With continual maintenance and constant hardware upgrades to keep this wetted edge, personnel with non-societally imperative intentions cannot reliably outcompete and predict what our society needs before the RTS can and cheat the system through backhanded measures. Any hardware found to be more effective than the current set up in AGONY will be prioritized in an acquisition raid.

This effectively allows our society to provide for a military seamlessly and without delay as our societies shifts control from organization to organization while preserving the original framework of the GRID. It also solves the missing shipment problem, as control of the shipments is handed off to the organizations that are most likely to keep it and produce advancements as ordained by the AGONY, rather than those who would primarily use it for their own self-advancement.

While in the future, this may be geared towards societal improvement, the current goals it is fed is based on the design teams' wishes as well as the various logistics agencies that provide for our Warmachine.

Exceptionally Warlike Authoritarian Rovers (E-WAR)

E-WAR's are exceptionally militant software run on dedicated server systems for the explicit management of critical industrial systems. These are the designed "exceptions" to the grid in that their goal is not to become a pawn of anyone once they are set up.  In this case, E-Wars are deployed to allow a verifiably controlled logistical infrastructure for our Military Industrial Complex.  They are Rovers because they are equipped with threads to quickly move them form building to building on a daily basis to prevent easy sabotage.

In more simple terms, they are incredibly militant fire-wall systems designed to never take orders from anybody once set up, until it is dismantled. It is unconfigurable barring a shutdown. They can also concurrently run Grid Software, in most cases to run secure data to and from the industrial processes that have been set up and ferry them to the various PMC's and Intelligence Agencies and a myriad other military organizations for the express purpose of allowing these organizations to have the "first dibs" regarding Evrasium as well as any other resource our industries might produce.

Closed-Visor Electronics

Our biggest weakness is our armor. Specifically, the fact that we use a clear visor that is vulnerable in comparison to other methods of shielding. BY utilizing large matrix's of tiny laser systems as well as redundant sensor systems, it is now possible to directly "beam" information onto a individuals eyeball to allow for an augmented vision scheme while simultaneously replacing the open visor system with a slab of electronics and metal sheeting, allowing for a much more protective helmet.

The Laser matrices receive visual data from onboard sensors, and the onboard computer processes it on-site into a decipherable format and then relays it to the user as well as to any command station that they are connected to through an onboard, small radio system.

While further vision augments are possible, The software package placed into the suit is designed to act as a Heads Up Display while giving its user an augmented peripheral vision and magnification system. In essence, a soldier should be much, much harder to be ambushed because their peripheral vision is expanded from ~60 degrees to 120 degrees. A single frontal camera is designed to have a zoom function, allowing every soldier to have what is essentially binoculars for spotting. (albeit not as good as a dedicated set.) the Heads Up Display currently does not display the number of bullets in one's gun, nor anything fancy, merely the properties and functions of their suit including the presumably already built-in biomonitoring capabilities in a way that the user can access and manipulate it without using a tactical screen on their forearm. (If our suits do not actually monitor the health of the user like modern-day space suits, disregard.)

Anyways, I like Tric-Magic's idea for a communication network so I am gonna make a derivative.

EVIL (Evrasium high-Volume Intelligence-gathering & Light) Constellation Network

By streamlining the emission process for lower-power "taps" instead of punches to be emitted by our Evrasium reactor, it is now possible for Satelite networks outside of our home-Loom to be assembled and utilize high-power systems instead of solar panels.

Correction: it is less a reactor, and more a angry box . This angry box can then be tricked through the use of electromagnets in a formation similar to that of traditional generator schemes and directly producing an emission field capable of producing a brief burst of light, like a conventional laser. electricity for secondary functions such as gyroscopes sensory equipment etc is provided for by "cheap" solar panels and battery systems that take up only 5-10% of the weight of the entire system.

This complex system is small enough to be placed into a box-"sat" designed to collect radio-signals from the surface of the planet, and then either relay it to another box-sat in with it's emission receptacle in the proper position, or directly send a relatively high-power emission directly towards the LAER (Laser Activity Emissions Reciever) deployed in orbit of the Planetary Technates homeworld. It can also receive data transmissions from the homeworld by its own LAER system, but by necessity, it must be done at pre-determined times due to the fact that it can only send, or receive to one source at a time.

An on-board Omni-directional antenna prevents situations where its dishes are pointed uselessly and data must be poured in from a relatively local area without requiring a shuttle to pick it up and commit maintenance. a 2 pound brick of meta-stabilized explosives is planted near the Evrasium reactor and hooked up to this antennae so that when a unique singal is deployed or if it detects unauthorized physical access (ie a shuttle tries to pick it up without consent), the satellite will self destruct.

This set up allows for high-data signals to be relayed and received from planet to planet. Its point-to-point nature means that barring an interception, the signals are literally undetectable and are thus completely securing barring a compromised emission device. Outside of the Evrasium, most of this stuff is tried-and-true orbital equipment that was perfected before our time.

EVIL is a satellite that could work passably by itself, but really should be deployed with at least 3 total sister satellites so that its relay capabilities are actually useful.

No really special equipment beyond the equivalent of a ruggedized satellite cellphone is really required to talk to the satellite, and thus, our soldiers are once again connected to the Loom.

A bit of history for those unfamiliar with our beginning in the Astral:
Compound 42-B “Spice” is the backbone of all our research into the Astral, and all our bio-chemical processes are primarily based off of the designs that Spice enabled.

The eleventh Iteration of the X-series of Petro and bio-chemical refining has resulted in compound “Fate”. In the same way that Spice has become a backbone for our astralogical research, Fate is the pathway for biochemical augmentative research, just as the Fury should have been.

Fate is a universal catalyst, a sort of super-science (it violates traditional scientific principles the same way Spice does.) chemical that allows the "clean" and efficient installation and utilization of both biological and non-biological hardware to be grafted on any individual compatible with FATE. Its foremost use is in the DREAMER Program:

The evolution of the perfect soldier, in the same sense, that the golden-eyes created the SEEM. The first creation of utilizing Fate-Catalyzation are Dreamers.

When an applicant enters the tank for the Dreamer Program, they will never wake up again. As Golden Eyes and SEEM are looking through a window to the Astral, and the BFG standing upon a bridge between the Astral and the prime plane, the Dreamers are individuals who view the prime plane through the window from the Astral. They are always dreaming, and they do so with their eyes and ears open. This perspective shift means that psychologically, they are not human anymore. This comes with advantages.

This shift in perspective allows for incredible tolerance of organ and brain damage, as it takes a while for their damage to catch up to their astral reflection, allowing a Dreamer to quite literally fight until they are blasted apart.

The psychological changes necessitate an upscaled platform to handle the energy demand a shifted mind generates, which the perspective shift also allows. This process requires a body-wide physicochemical augmentation-- ie an extended period of vat time.

This vat time is dedicated towards poly-recombination and metal-depositing over the entire body as well as the creation of new synthetic tissue. Note that this process is almost exactly how the Iron Legion Project created their failures. The difference is in the deposition process and the fact that we are now able to complete much, much finer control over macro-scale augmentations: It is simple enough to set up a demi-stable reaction that continues the augmentative process with only monitoring, rather than active participation on the technicians part. This prevents the downfall of the Iron Legion program, where the bodies of applicants were micromanaged to the point where they cannot function outside of the tube. One still floats in our labs as a reminder to set up a process, rather than manage one.

Physically, a Dreamer has a mans silhouette, a grey almost metallic palor on their skin. They bleed orange, mostly due to the introduction of nanocomposite-iridium platelets produced instead of traditional blood to keep up with the oxygen demands of the Dreamer. Their bodies are almost entirely known to us, and with this fact comes with the assurance that a Dreamer could be pieced back together and brought back to the front lines where a machine would be considered dead. Compared to a Bear unit, they are larger, standing at roughly 2.6 meters.  combat trials put the Dreamer as roughly equivalent or even superior to a Bear in hand to hand combat.

It might even be able to beat a Grizzly, as a Dreamer is every bit as graceful as the human form it inherited, and more.

There is only so much we can do with bio-chemical treatments before worries are created over whether it differs enough from the base-line that such an alien being can function in an inherently human-led force. Dreamers are especially reliant on the astral senses that their kin relies on, but they do not have that same accuity in terms of manipulation that allows precognition and summoning. Different parts of the brain are engorged with astral material in comparison to the other projects, and the astral consciousness attached reflects that.

What we have is a soldier who dwarfs a powered armor unit and can survive the augmentative procedure required to do so. A soldier who has pinpoint control over its motor functions and a durability unmatched. They are designed as heavy weapon wielders, sniper teams and as CQC combatants. They are incompatible with Spice, but they might be able to take Fury.
