The machine glances furiously at its surroundings, taking in as much of the sights as it could. Mainly to determine if it had unwittingly stumbled into a target rich environment along with the two, far squishier humans that accompanied it. "Warning, hostile MECs detected?," it states, as its mechanical limbs quickly pivot from potential target to target, while it slowly meanders around Warden and Tyra in a vain attempt to provide cover.

257
Unlike Tyra, the machine was already inside of the workshop itself, having moved to stand guard over the recently opened portal while Stonebeard called in anyone who seemed free enough. It stands in place while the dwarf explains the situation, metaphorical gears turning in its head as it tries, and fails to properly understand what they were saying, except for one particular sentence. It was an order of sorts, one that it was very well suited for, a scouting mission into completely unknown territory, with no real guarantee of return. The machine stamps off before Tyra, letting out a cry of, "Moving to assist," before it steps into the portal.

258
The machine's skull shaped head jerks a little after Stonebeard closes its frame up, a familiar red glow returning to its eyes as it lets out a slightly less patchy, "Processing." The machine slowly shifts its limbs around, perhaps to test if the repairs had affected its range of movement, before it slowly stands up to its full height once more. "Repairs incomplete, but acceptable. This unit may offer assistance if needed?," it turns towards Stonebeard once more, and waits for a response.

Markus moves to 9-10.

The old woman paused once again. The turmoil in her eyes was not lessened by the Kuesekan boy's words.
"In all my years, I've heard many perspectives from many corners of the world. From Coris, from Assilsha, from Evrae. Nobles, servants, soldiers, poets... I've disagreed with more than I can count."
"I would like to hear another perspective. What is a 'warrior's death' to you? And what makes you think you will find one on the path you walk?"

: "I would not expect an old and defeated woman to understand, but to rot away in this dark prison cell for ages until the day I die, it would bring dishonor not only to my name, but to my family, and to my ancestors as well."
: "If I am to die, I will do so standing on my own two feet, to struggle, no matter how vainly, for a cause I believe in.  Even if it is for something as simple as fulfilling a promise made to calm a pair of mewling children."

Taking a few steps towards the dwarf, the machine simply states, "This unit is in need of repairs," while it gestures at its rusty exterior, and the patches where it's BIT had hastily put itself together.

262
With it's long vigil concluded, the machine stomps off towards the comparatively more familiar confines of the machine shop, seemingly in search of something, anything that could perform basic maintenance on its rusted and worn out systems.

263
Having succesfully helped Stonebeard out of his confining armor, and fully aware of the dangerous entities living in the forest. The machine leaves to find some nice and high ground to stand on, while it watches over the camp, making sure that nothing particularly deadly could make its way inside of the camp to disturb the party's rest.

264
"Deconstructing," the machine unhelpfully stated, just before it brought its giant fist down on Stonebeard's armor again and again, a horrendous racket ringing throughout the camp as it shatters the power armor's welding. A brief moment passing as it simply taps on Stonebeard's armored chest to get their attention, "Processing, please remain still, this unit will now begin removing your armor." It then moves to figuratively peel the crabby dwarf out of his power armored exoskeleton.

265

The machine simply stands in place as everyone heads off to get some rest or food for themselves, it's mechanical eyes scanning Stonebeard's power armor to search for gaps, and weaknesses, something it could use to pry the entire thing open. "Processing."

266
Unceremoniously dropping off the Shroom wolf near the rest of the group, the machine stares at Stonebeard for a few moments, while it almost chants the word, "Processing."

"This unit's mechanical appendages were designed to shatter heavily armored vehicles and MECs," it bluntly states, seemingly uncaring about it's current, presumably still shroom wolf blood soaked appearance.

267
The machine ungracefully takes hold of the shroom wolf's carcass, and drags it back to where Griffon was, following after the man as he makes his way back to the central area.

268
"Processing, This Unit is in need of Repaira," the machine states, as it takes a few tentative steps back, buying itself a little space to launch the boxy, almost spherical drone mounted on its back. The BIT moves towards the damaged metal, extending little appendages to patch the machine back together again, even as it took a few tentative steps forward to crush the shroom wolf with it's fist.
VerTwo uses Strike on the Shroom Wolf once more.
Self Repair BIT heals VerTwo by 5 points of HP.

269
"Processing." Quickly, and presumably falsely identifying it as a strange, mutation of the lost that plagued its world, the machine reacts by rapidly extending a metal fist in the Shroom wolf's direction, hoping to knock it out peacefully.

Strike: Vertwo charges towards a single target, and puts her weight into a single devastating punch, dealing 1d6+Strength damage, forcing them to make a Constitution save against the damage dealt or be Disoriented for their next turn, preventing them from making actions that require concentration.

270
"Processing," the machine simply stands there for a moment, looming over Griffon's smaller form as it tries its best to process the strange giant's words. "This unit is incapable of providing assistance, this unit will now sweep the surrounding area." The machine slowly stomps off after saying those words, intent on sweeping the surrounding area for potential threats to Griffon's continued existence.
