In other news, I've been brainstorming different Gavrillium Weaponry Beyond Rime shells and the good old Super molten AP from Iwar. Have an electromagnetic Radiation Gun. Gavrillium heavy and so expensive, but aside from spare parts its should basically be supply line light, not needing Bullets.  The next stop would either be Going bigger for even more range and power, Or enabling a more complex "Leafed" Half sphere of MG-Brass in order to let the gunner change the Radiation Intersects for better armour pen at all ranges, and going the opposite for anti-infantry.

Despite the fact that depleted Gavrilium can theoretically return from its depleted state when it has taken in enough heat energy from its surroundings, The military sees potential in the freezing substance, unaffected by heat in any form of tactical or even strategic timeframe.

In this case, The Rime rounds project is designed to create a new munition type for both our ships 120mm and our 108mm guns. Powdered Depleted Gavrilliumis added to the shell, subdividing a standard HE shell into two powder compartments, one containing standard Explosives and the other containing the Sub-zero Powdered D-Gavrillium. Big goal of mine is to bring back Depleted Gavrillium in some form, I like Freezing weaponry and Rime rounds were fun.

Pistol + Engine looks very sensible to me, Gives us A quiet weapon for spies, military police, and a sidearm, and the last 3 wars continuously proved that a good engine to build on wins wars.

While I do want to recreate Rime Rounds and other sub-Zero weaponry, It does not make for a very good early/First game design and works much better as a revision for ammunition or for dedicated Low-velocity shell throwers like mortars, grenade launchers, and such.

ONI-1WO: Whoever had decided to add RGB to the oni, speciffically outlining its weaknesses should be shitcanned, and possibly investigated for repube sympathies. As is, the Oni-1WO variant is an attempt to, while not replacing the ONI-1TO, supplement it with a model lacking in the same devastating problems.

The luxury of the cockpit is reduced, replacing leather with faux leather, and the stripping of the rather expensive carpet that seems to have been the result of a little wink wink nudge nudge between cousins in the military requisitions department and the carpet manufacturer, Leaving the previously carpeted areas instead painted with high abrasive grip paints, to help prevent slips and falls for those walking around the cockpit. The internal RGB lights have been left alone due to the aid in pilot memorization, with the wiring having been fixed.

The external lights, Ringing from various weak points upon the ONI, have been removed entirely, with their electrical lines removed from the system and any faulty wiring hunted down and removed.
With the incompetent, and possibly sabotaged, results of the ONI-1TO removed, The actual changes of the ONI-1WO begin and is fairly minimal all things considered, trading its pair of Type 25 shoulder cannons for a pair of Wingcutters.

To note, The ONI-1WO is NOT meant to completely replace the ONI-1TO, as the type 25's serve excellently at removing nonmechs from the battlefield, and the lighting and tasteful decore make it an excellent gift for high ranking and low capability members of the military who have been placed on propaganda duty. The fact that these individual;s tend to be related to high ranking officers is merely a coincidence, as is the fact that they quite enjoy the overly luxurious cockpit

The marionette is, all told, a brute solution to the mounting of missile weaponry on mechs. The marrionnete is a Missile system, formed from a series of feeding mechanisms, Guidance systems and 4 small missile tubes.
These tubes each mount a “Puppet-1” Class missile, designed for use on enemy armour systems by infantry forces in an over the shoulder launcher. When used by an okina meech, the Marionette launches all four puppets in a rapid volley, each missile connected bac to the launcher by a thin metallic wire. These metallic wires connect the missile to the mech, feeding in its relative data to the systems located inside the weapon mount, and in turn back to the primary computer of the Mech.

Using a simplistic targeting system involving the pilot placing the cross-hair over the target, The missiles are steered via the wire in order to send themselves on a collision course with the target fractions of a second after leaving the tube, until such a time the wire is weakened by the missiles exhaust and burnet away. A small secondary charge clears the wire, leaving the tubes ready for the feeding mechanism to insert another 4 Puppets into the tubes.

While in flight, a Gimbal mounted motor combined with the swift rotations caused by its twin fin system allows the Puppet to rapidly fly through the air with a good degree of stability, even after retargeting itself to the last designated area it had receive before the wire was severed.

Upon impact or the triggering of its magnetic proximity detonator, activated after a safety period to prevent preemptive detonation, The Missile detonates, Shaped charge pushing the majority of the Missiles lead and copper innards forward in a stream of debris and molten metal in order to puncture armour and the rest of its causing out in a storm of debris..
While upscaled due to the presence of feed mechanisms, the guidance systems and such, the 4 tube system is still expected to be mounted inside of a small amount due to the relatively small size of the wire-guided missiles in the first place. Due to the placement of the firing tube below the armour layer, The heat of the missile system is dealt with by the internal heatsinks, In exchange this prevent easy ammo detonation that munitions sitting near the surface allow.

Propective quad mechs for the new credit.

Basically a quad mech built around a spinal gun, in this case the Oni's bark. which is the heaviest thing on the mech, after that its trades some armour in order to reach high speeds, outrunning anything that could match the range bracket of the oni or whatever other medium we stick on there. Quad gives it more stability desi[iet the light weight,and should help with the stride speed. Outrun anything that can fight it, kill everything smaller and pick away at them when their focused on thebig mean Oni.

The other direction of support for the oni, Essentially a big firing platform to stick either Oni's on or other AA/fire support gear. Loses speed and agility for armour, to better brawl from a distance. up close it will have trouble, but that for the oni to do while it blasts away with a big array of weaponry.
