blarf.... that's dumb, eggs should totally be considered meat... I haven't fully tested it well enough yet, but I think if I make the parts of an egg [MEAT] that should work.... I think, anyone know if it would? I mean... it would be interesting to have fleshfungus crops, or bloodwood trees or something. like, literally growing meat.

Your method should work. Feel free to make a suggestion. It certainly won't be implemented any time soon though. Think 5-10 years, maybe even 20.

so that elf+dwarf is more likely than dwarf+bizzare tentacle monster I just modded in.
I think if you just modded in a bizzare tentacle monster this is probably the opposite of what you want.

On the topic of the thread, nice title. A suggestion is what every thread on this subboard is about. Be a bit more specific, maybe?

The only crossover you can get is by using the newest ANIMAL tags in your entity to have intelligent "pets" that can be obtained as a pet (caged, in a caravan) but act as a complete citizen once free.
What are those tags? I can't find them on the wiki.

Because the wiki is outdated  :P

Is revenge for your civs failed raids/sieges or against groups who've raided them going to be an option during this release? Say, outpost liaison tells you how one of the greatest generals of the civ was captured during a siege, and they'll give you so many urists worth of stuff for free in the next caravan or they'll promise a large steel shipment or something similar in return for his return?

Most likely in economy update, which is due in about 20 years.

This makes me wish more people drew night trolls and angels more, instead of FBs and the like. The latter are mostly weird, not really spooky, but some of the angels and night trolls I've seen are downright horrifying when visualized - especially combined with some of the behavior descriptors.

Yeah, night trolls can be creepy for the squeamish.

Okay, input this into the "Set Rule..." menu in Golly: "B2cek3i/S12-ak:T1500,1500". This is a rule I discovered, and it's too complicated to explain, as it's non-totalistic. But either way, zoom out until you can see the dark gray square. Select it and press ctrl+5. Watch as replicators emerge from the debris and platoons of gliders start colliding everywhere. See my thread on this particular CA in the conwaylife forums for more info.
