well...that is a decent melee pet, still think the bike would be good, armors have innate damage reduction so the low life is not that bad.

as for dungeon crawling, you will be seeing more and more new mobs as you continue on.

Resistances do stack, it would be near impossible to get good resistances if you couldn't...

1.21...specials got nerfed a bit so it doesn't 1 hit ko you, however the axe effect will put Bleeding! on you, no future mode removes the restriction on specials.

um...that means every 5 levels you lose 1...that isn't that hard to outpace it if you have negotiation and train it

anyways, so I got the soul spindle...yet i don't think it has anything to do with the showroom...no options there...so maybe its something else?

So I'm pushing onwards in no future mode anyways just to see if I will end up losing stats faster then I can gain...but I will say that its...a bit annoying and I HEAVILY discourage the use of fairies in no future as this mode subtracts -20 life and mana off of the base char, so fairies would probably end up with 20 life to start. It is also to note that kobolds are the real pet killer early game as their special puts a very heavy bleed that takes off about 60 or so hp

As went over the requirement in amount of medals, i'm considering buying the Diablo weapon.

But what would be a great and melee-only minion to wield it usefully (as my character is wizard, melee is not what i'm going to do in battles) meaning one that move quickly and can hit several times by turns, while not being squishy and dying from anything ?

I can afford getting a rod of domination too if needed.

When i'll re-reach the required amount of medals at some point, i guess buying the Shield Tonfa would compliment whatever minions will have the Diablo very nicely.

It is possible...even the no future mode is still possible...but you would need to rely on using blessed scrolls of gain atribute to teach you all the skills...but good luck with that as they are VERY rare and twice as expensive as a potion of cure corruption...that is assuming you can deal with the constant stat loss from deaths and the lack of good equipment since you lose everything on death

Actualy this is where potions of descent would help...staying at and below level 5...problem is...you end up gaining exp too fast and honestly would end up shooting to level 8 before you could do much, already my char is getting 1 shotted by wizards of elea since cant keep resist gear.

so...there is something wrong with the no future mode that turns it from hard mode to tedious, if you or a pet kills a creature of the dog or cat race you lose 30 karma...that includes hounds...so its effectively impossible to keep karma above hostile...yea, you could potentially play as a criminal...it would make things rather hard to do the main quest...specifically having to get enough for disguise kits to talk to quest npcs

which is actually why asuras are a desirable melee pet...but I do have a question...what happens if you mod yourself to have two shoot and ammo slots?

It does present some interesting ideas...such as crafting yourself equipment and storing things in your home...not sure what happens with pets though...i'm pretty sure it is possible...but you would need to be very careful...instead of pawning off old equipment you would store a backup set for if you do die to regain it...however regaining karma...will be interesting.

ok...so far...step 1...gather food from outside, get large enough piles to identify what is what(the largest pile will almost always be regular)
step 2...poke into puppy cave and gather equipment
step 3 will be run to derphy to revive petgot a treasure map while sleeping
step 3 run to the location of this treasure map...died 3 tiles from home due to starvation
stuck at home due to etherwind :'(

Ah...it makes sense now...the 21 slot inventory, so you don't try to carry everything you can while your building up your stockpile of stuff
