DF Dwarf Mode Discussion / No Nobles Arriving (but dugeon master)

Well, my fortress is currently at a hundred something dwarfs, and the only noble that has ever arrived was the dungeon master. Not that I'm complaining or anything, but I was looking forward making elaborate death traps quarters for them.

Also, I'm quite sure I haven't modded it, specially because I have no Idea of HOW to make it. I could check though, if someone tells me how it can be done.

Well, what says the title. The elven caravans coming to my fortress pretty much only brings wood, cloth and plants. Not a single caged animal. Any idea of why it might be happening?

Well, basically, I'm reliably getting quite a few goblins prisoners in my cages (I've set quite many cage traps all over the map. Most ambushes get discovered when one of them get stuck on a trap).

So, now I'm asking for suggestions. What to do with them?

Ok, sorry for the seeming spam post, but I just had to share this. Basically: I got a new fortress, where the biomes were either heavily forested or mountainous  here and built a temporary fortress to put a foot a hold before I get more immigrants and can plan my main fortress.

So everything was set, and I built the trade depot expecting a dwarf in a donkey to come by, and didn't gave any thought of making wagon access. But when finally the caravan come, what the heck? Where this dwarven wagons are coming from?

It's basically this, I got wagon access by pure luck.   :D

Is it possible to mod a game so the dwarves do not Tantrum when a masterwork is destroyed? If it can be made item specific, can dwarves not Tantrum when masterwork engravings, supports, floors, walls, ammo, and general architeture and single use items are used?

Well as is said on the title of the thread, is there any way I can destroy walls I constructed? I try to dig, but they just flash a Capital green "C" and don't let me designate it for digging.
