Hey. Me again. Yes, I made a magic RTD with the property of having about 3 players, so yay!
Supernatural’s a fun show, where you fight ghosts and werewolves and stuff.
Standard RTD.
1: extreme fail. -1 to next roll, or catastrophic consequences.
2: fail
3: half fail. Half succes!
4: succeed
5: succeed well. +1 to next roll
6: succeed too well. -1 to next roll, or catastrophic consequences.
Distribute 5 attribute points across the attributes
You get 3 skill points. Each gives you a skill. For example, “paranoid” has double of all of everything. Of course, please don’t do things like “is secretly God”, or “automatically succeeds at everything”.
Also, I’ll use the thing where it simulates real life, and no HP bar.
Name: A name
Description:what do you look like
Backstory: why do you do this? Who died?
Strength: used for hitting and moving stuff
Dex: used for shooting and other fine motor skills
Knowledge: what do you know?
Inventory:
What do you have?
Keep in mind, everyone already gets rock salt shotguns, pistols with silver bullets, and an assortment of knives(machetes) also, you pick a car. There will be lots of different places to go, I think.
Also you get 1000 dollars.
The fun stuff.
At the start of combat, roll to see who goes first. Modified by many factors.
Each turn, choose to attack, block, or wait. If your weapon’s attack speed is high enough, potentially attack multiple times. Waiting adds a +1 to the roll. Roll to attack with a specification for a certain body part. Or don’t. This is also modified by things like range, stats, and skills.
Blocking rolls to block. It gets a +1, as dodging is automatic.
This runs of a chunky salsa system, without health. Bleeding is analogous, though.
