I don't want to make things any worse anywhere than they already are. Raiding the stockpiles is risky, and will starve a country with, well, likely the most people on earth.

This place was kinda bland - so much potential, but no intelligent life? TIME TO FIX THAT!
First, go back to the Science Ship. Don't wanna get lost!
Next, Spend 3 Power: Create a sphere of logic and intelligence, and SHOVE it into the superstructure.

It should be absorbed into the structure, and new living creations should have a mind of their own with which to think.
Should.
But you never know in this place.

The Dark Red shaman was quick to make an announcement.
"My tribesmen, I have had a message! We must burn our meager resources away, and we will grow stronger for it!"

Cleave through all 15.8 Green, adding it to White through whatever reasoning happens.

So lawyer-ese it properly and it'll likely go properly, it just depends on the detail given, like normal actions.

The more detail/reasoning behind a fresh color, the more likely it is to work properly.

Onyx Represents your tribe's ability to store corpses for future use.
Manual increase only.
Your Black cannot go below your Onyx value by Mound Decay.

Eh, I'm jabbing that Black is Death, specifically Corpses - The Mound is a Burial Mound, a representation of all who have fallen... And I'll take a guess that Red is an Army, hence their transformation to Black upon getting killed in battle.

EDITNOTE: Yay Army is right! Was typing while that bit was thrown about.
