Welcome one and all to Roll to Supervillain! This is a Minimalist RTD set in the golden age of comics. You play a supervillain, an evil (and wacky) individual who wishes to do villainy. From taking over the world, making a dino-nazi army, to raiding El-Dorado to pay off the American dept! (Most) evil allowed!
