Iji is around 30MB.
Barkley Shut Up and Jam: Gaiden is around 60MB.
Bonesaw: The Game is around 60MB.
TIGdb. has a bunch of games, size varies.
IndieGames Weblog also has a bunch of information you can look through. You could probably find something.
Might as well mention Where's an Egg?, the game is online though.
And of course: NES, SNES, and GBA roms.

Oh, forgot about Super Crate Box. Around 20MB.
Might as well mention this site called Nitrome as well for having some very polished online games.
