Before Junior High School I never wanted to grow up.  I was completely delusional, but I was also 12.  I guess since like 8th grade I decided to be an engineer and now I'm taking Electronics as a trade.

I clicked the 'new edits' button on tvtropes and the first thing that comes up is this game called Zettai Hero Kaizou Keikaku.  I've never heard of it before, and it's made by freakin Nippon Ichi man.  Nippon Ichi!  So I check out the English trailer on youtube.  It is, of course awesome/hilarious, dat announcer guy man.  Then I look a little deeper and you can actually customize this game A LOT.  I only really know Celty and Firo in that video, but still.  There's even going to be an English release, at least I think so.  Why else would they have an English trailer?

But it's only for the PSP.  I don't own a PSP, agh.  Maaaaaaaan.

At least I'll be able to get Disgaea 4 I guess.

At my Aunt's day care if I'm ever over there and a child starts bugging to watch me "play" on my laptop they immediately lose interest after seeing me reading tvtropes/playing dwarf fortress.

Being a hobo is pretty attractive though, they're like real life RPG adventurers.

So.  One Piece discussion time.  Finished Skypiea, plan to skip the G-8 filler and jump straight to episode 207 tomorrow.

Anyway-

Padding sucks hard.  Arabasta had 39 episodes, while the manga was 63 chapters.  On average each episode adapted about 1.6 of a chapter, which is much poorer than usual.  The Skypiea arc was 43 episodes with 66 chapters in the manga.  That's 1.5 on average for each episode.  The East Blue saga had like 5 chapters adapted each episode.  In the Arabasta and Skypiea sagas we are treated to just a complete stall.  Now I'm not saying the story isn't good.  I enjoyed what happened as it occurred in ultra slow motion, it probably would have been better to just read the damn manga for these arcs or something.

Hopefully the CP9 sage is better in terms of this.  Because otherwise One Piece is a really good show, just a pain to spend two hours of what could be said in thirty minutes.

Arlong arc is still my favorite arc so far.
