I rummaged about in the posting times for hours and I compared the Overseer's to everybody else and some people are probably the Cybrid more than others.

Here's The Overseer,


Now here's what I came up with in likely hood, dead people can't be it so Meph(the first one) and MagmaDeath are out.
I put them in order from what I see.

Dakarian/Mr.Person/Vector/Webadict are the most likely people to be the Overseer look:

Next up we have me and Apostolic(Meph), who could be the Overseer look:

Archangel and Rysith are probably NOT the Overseer look:
