Also if you were really Mafia you two would definitely be the last ones.

I want to say there's scum inside Jim/Secretdorf because they're both votestealers, but clearly this logic didn't work for Jack and me both being Pirate Millers.

Max's secrecy annoys me and I would trust them more if they were more open. I feel like they are tied to the Merger's secrets.

It's quite unlikely to just be a SK left. Three Mafia plus a SK seems far too little for an 18 player game.

We either have like one or two remaining Mafia with maybe a third-party.

All the Mafia are dead and we have a full second scum team (Pirates) with maybe a third-party.

This is one of the reasons I think it's really important to determine if this "Merger" is working with the Mafia or not. It feels like they are, in which case it's probably just one larger scum team and no real Pirates.

I can confirm (take this with some grain of salt) that there should be a second scum team existing, and that we already lynched a scum team (Sofa, Egan, Kabal)

My assumption is, given Esteemed Lenglon was marked for death, Esteemed BlackHeartKabal was one of the players hit.

BlackHeart gets role-blocked if any players target them as well so they couldn't do anything on N3 (or N2 since NQT role-blocked them).

So for "has a groupchat, doesn't have a groupchat", one of the targets was BlackHeart and we also know they had a groupchat. So the other player (I have no idea, Max?) does not have a groupchat.

Yeah, pretty sure the only players who can have performed the kill are Esteemed Imp, Esteemed ToonyMan, Esteemed The Canadian kitten, and Esteemed Superdorf, so long as other claims are accurate and nobody can double act.

Secretdorf seemed pretty willing to take down BlackHeart with them.
The Canadian Kitten has also been quite detrimental for Mafia.

In fact, my top Mafia picks during N4 were Crystalmire and Hector but one is banished and you were inspected Town.

Possible theory: there is someone able to use dead player's abilities. The phrasing on the banish ability is that players are unbanished on the user's death. Also, see Tricmagic's role:

by applying Dubious Dragon's Hide to a living player, a necromancer-type could cause town to false-inspect as SK. that would make Imp inspect them as town but not-imp get the SK result.

Yes. I don't believe Crystalmire will return to us until this unknown player that probably used a dead person's abilities is killed. Jim was theorizing it was BlackHeart with the Ghost Rider role, but this was not the case.

Let me try to understand NQT here first:

N1:
Starts game as Spider-Man.

NQT uses one of their Spider-Tracers on Elephant, learning that they targeted Crystalmire.

Egan tries to kill him, but gets bussed to Sofantheil, HOWEVER NQT/Sofanthiel were merged so Egan tries to kill NQT regardless, this triggers NQT's one-shot Spider-Sense. "(1-Shot, Auto) Spider-Sense: You’re getting some weird tingles - time to duck! When you would be killed, you survive the kill, and learn the role name of the player that attempted to kill you." This is how NQT knew Egan's role name on D2.

N2:
NQT uses one of their Spider-Webs on BlackHeart, protecting them from kills but also roleblocking them.

N3:
Presumably transforms into Peter Parker.

NQT watches/tracks me and learns my role-name is Trafalgar Law like I claimed on D2 and also learns that I targeted Imp after a bit of deducing because of how Photo-Journalism works. It also means I didn't target anyone else and nobody else targeted me.

N4:
Don't know, he was killed.
