I chillax for a minute and look for useful junk.

[4] Chillaxing sounds like a good idea, you face the other side of your entrance.  Your PARANORMAL FOR THE NORMAL book rests on it's pedastool.  Down the hall there is a dead end with a portrait of some guy smiling.

I must run to the window and look for the shooter, waving my arms and jumping the whole time.

[5] You masterfully run to the window, yelling at the people below in the street. [4] You are noticed, but no one cares for you.  You don't see anyone that could be shooter.

I peak through the hole in the safe.  I also, if possible, check out that business card on top of the safe.

[3] You fumble for a bit, but you can't get your eye focused through the hole.  [2] OUCH.  You cut yourself on the card and it falls to the floor.  Blood drips from your finger.

[6] You find your CAR_KEY easily.  [3] You don't find anything important on the bodies.  Except FIRE.
