Toony, noted. Do you think TBF has a post restriction or is just messing with us?
He's messing with us.
Yeah, he's now admitted to it being for fun. Do you think this is pro-scum, pro-town, or neutral?
Probably nothing? I don't remember role-playing being explicitly malicious.

I know this sounds farfetched and somewhat scummy, but I think that the "mafia" are the ones that change the posts. Their choice of post was a good one, but it was too late. Why was it a good post? Just look:
Oh! Quarantine means vote. That makes alot more sense now.
If a person who didn't understand that read the post, they would realize that it was really simple to vote. If they couldn't read it, they might not realize it until the following day, but they probably would have declared a no lynch the day before because of there confusion! See how that would benefit the mafia?
I'm not following.

@Everyone: Do you actually know your wincon?  Just yes or no.
I know mine.
Yes.

@Everyone: Do you actually know your wincon?  Just yes or no.
I know mine.
If you do know your wincon, why did you imply that you didnt here?
*shrugs*
I don't know either.
Unvote
Vote TBF

If you dont know why you said that, that implies that you are flying by the seat of your pants. You saying that we need to find our wincons, and then saying that you know your wincon after I start questioning you about it makes it sound like you are scum trying to cover yourself. What do you say to this?
I don't even know WHAT to say to that.
Somehow, you've made "not knowing why you said something, off the top of your head, a day or more (??  It feels so long ago.  And I don't know why that is but it's WEIRD) after you originally said it" and/or "Not having a plan" (which I don't) into "SCUMTELL".  I don't follow your logic, so I can't refute it.   :-\
Vote to not be quarantined.
(That is to say, I don't have anyone I suspect, but I don't want to die, so it's a floating vote somewhere to just tie up the quarantine votes?  If that's even a thing?  I don't think it's a thing.  Ugh.  But seriously.)

((On that note, sleep calls, please don't kill me while I'm off.))
wait

stop

what are you doing

ToonyMan: Nice responses.  Are you going to ask a question today as well?
Who knows...?  La~la~la~la~la~~

Everyone: Do you think asking a question to "everyone" is a bullshit and lazy tactic and that you refuse to answer such questions as well?
Affirmative.

Toony, what power would you put in the game if you were building a game with a post-editing mechanic?
A trigger word that would self-destruct the game.

I think I'm about ready to run THE SYSTEM. If it goes into sign-ups next week would that work for people?
I'm pretty busy but it would probably work.

They could probably fix his character in the actual games as well. He was very bland in the bonus fifth case of the 1st game, which was annoying because it's super goddamn long.

Also woo I love Ace Attorney.

So I tried to read No Game No Life, and wandered into something infinitely better: T-Rex na Kanojo, a silly dumb cute 4komaish thing about a T-Rex girl and a human. Good thing to poke with a stick to see if you like it.

Tragically, I did eventually find my way to No Game No Life and holy fucking shit. I knew it was going to be dumb. I even knew there was a good chance it would make me angry! But I was not prepared to hate every single thing about it. It's frankly kind of amazing that even the art style manages to be cluttered and abstract enough to piss me off. It has absolutely zero redeeming features as far as I can tell, outside of I guess the decently drawn fanservice if you're into NGNL's particular tastes.

And to be perfectly fair, I did only read up until the part where the siblings begin openly lusting for each other and the guy starts groping the chick he made fall in love with him via nebulous wording and flagrantly lying about what the word "trivial" means in a game of rock-paper-scissors. So maybe a bunch of really really cool stuff happens after that part! Yet somehow I don't think terribly many people are going to hold the above phrase against me as a reason for not reading further.

Dungeon is dumb, but it's readable and I'm still prodding my way through it now and then. NGNL makes me want to vomit, and then stare at the ceiling in confusion wondering how it got an anime. It's like it went out of its way to avoid having even the slightest interesting or justified of explanations for any of its conceits, and I can only assume its popularity and my rage are connected in the same manner as with deviant pornography- whatever's pushing my buttons is exactly what scratches other people's itches, magnifying its fame through hate and creating two groups of people with a great deal of difficulty understanding each other.

I mean, really, what other explanation is there?
I have no idea.

Is Legend of Galactic Heroes any good?
It's the best anime so I guess so.

I mean, one of my favorite shows is Gambling Apocalypse Kaiji, which in the second season has our main character Kaiji sitting in a chair and screaming at a machine for 10+ episodes
Best season

Finally got around to watching Fate/Stay Night: Unlimited Blade Works (it's on Netflix!) I was really excited because Rin's always been my favorite character in the show, and the entire first episode was the story from her point of view. Then I realize that it was labelled Prologue and we're back to Emiya. So sad :(
Oh thank god, it wasn't just me.
In the VN the first three days are from Rin's perspective, so they kept that.

Ah, but seriously, I actually endorse that one with no reservations (that I can think of right now). It's like, sometime after Fate/Zero, the Nasuverse was struck by lightning and split in two. The evil half went on to become Prisma Illya and peeps in children's dressing rooms, while the good half became this version of UBW and hits existential angst with swords.
That pretty much sums it up, yeah. If the Type-Moon anime isn't by UFOtable, stay away.

I liked Fate/Zero more than UBW, myself. Mostly because there was more time spent exploring all the servant/master relationships and forms thereof, and less of the funky Archer x Rin x Emiya x Saber love polygon nonsense.
Yes. The third-person narrative and a lack of focus on any one set of characters is how a Holy Grail War should be done.

I finished Ashita No Joe! Damn that's an awesome ending if I ever saw one.
I read Tomorrow's Joe last year, it was great. I want to watch Ippo at some point.
