Finished the first "short" story in Indignation (Haruhi book 8), all in one sitting. I'm quite proud of myself. In fact I'm so proud I'm going to share three documents I have held onto for my own entertainment purposes as I read. As for the short story, yes of course it was good I'll read the next one at some point.
**Big spoilers obviously** Probably contains false facts and bad spelling too.
Book 1 - Melancholy - April 2004 (beginning of Kyon's first year of high school, year is from some prologue evidence but mainly the year it was written; NEW INFORMATION, INTRIGUES PRETTY MUCH CONFIRMS WHAT YEAR IT IS GIVEN THE DECADE)
-Kyon meets Suzumiya Haruhi, Asahina Mikuru, Itsuki Koizumi, and Nagato Yuki. Starts the SOS Brigade and learns their true identities. Attacked by Asakura, Nagato eliminates her from the world. World almost wiped out but Kyon stops Haruhi and everything is fine. Also friends with Kunikida and Taniguchi. Knows the Computer Club President barely. Has a sister.
Book 2 - Sighs - October 2004 (page 5, "half a year has already passed since I met Haruhi")
-They film a movie for the culture festival. Carrier pigeons are extinct. Tsuruya first introduced in the books.
Book 3 - Boredom - June to July 2004 (the Kyon is from October recollecting events that had transpired [this is from the prologue])

Book 5 - Rampage - August, November, and then end of December to January 2005.

Prologue
January 2nd (page 4), Kyon goes back in time with Nagato and Asahina-san to finish up Disappearance. The Melancholy of Asahina Mikuru happens sometime after before February beings with Chapter1.
Chapter 1
A few days after February 3rd (page 27) on Monday Kyon finds Asahina-san(from eight days in the future) and Letter #0. Future Asahina sleeps at Nagato's.
Chapter 2
On Tuesday Kyon finds Letter #1 and follows the instructions, injurying some 20something year old. Talks with 'Koizumi' at night about Tsuruya. Future Asahina sleeps at Tsuruya's.
Chapter 3
On Wednesday Kyon finds Letter #2 and follows the instructions and Tsuruya hands him the treasure map. Future Asahina sleeps with Tsuruya.
On Thursday Kyon finds Letter #3, 4, and 6 and intends the SOS Brigade meeting after being absent for three days in a row. Future Asahina relaxes in a kimono at Tsuruya's.
Chapter 4
On Friday Kyon should be doing a pointless treasure hunt.
Yep he had a picnic pretty much. HARUHI CALLED NAGATO
Chapter 5
On Saturday morning he'll be searching with Koizumi and then the evening he'll do Letter #3 with Nagato (and future Asahina)

Epilogue
On Tuesday Kyon tells Asahina(present) to go back 8 days to 3:45pm and pushes her in the closet.
Amazingly the chronology checks out except for one chapter..."Charmed at First Sight LOVER (Wavering)". Now Kyon has done some crazy tight scheduling, but CaFSLOVER was physically impossible to do unless Tanigawa has an ace up his sleeve in the future.
In any case, hell yeah, Kyon power.
I've had the thought of writing at some point but it'd probably be horrible Nasu shit where I right inane things and get popular for some reason, INSTANT SUCCESS. Akiha is a tooth muahahhohoa sex scenes sex scenes rape pillage dried plum murder!!!!!!
