Yeah I think the best approach is to simply not make a big deal of it. Sure I have no interest in the show or ponies or the community or anything but then again I wouldn't want somebody dissing my entertainment so it's best to just keep an indifferent mind and space.

Wasn't Jennifer also really really badass? I remember her main weapon was fists, and she was one of the stronger characters. I think.
ANYWAY I got signed up for a class that I have no reason to be taking and pretty much know everything for already.

Yeah she punches people and used bows. I'm pretty sure she knew a martial arts at least.

Apparently all of her outfits are home-made so that's neat I guess, depending...

Ah. I was thinking less fantasy and more human interactions and social stuff. As of yet I can't find any I really like. Also you'd probably want to slow down the pace more and maybe actually introduce our hero at some point.

Keeping the perspective third-person is a good idea as well. Never focus on one person too much.
