Thank you everyone! I searched on MECH and, lo and behold! there they all were. I'm just starting to make meals so none available at the moment, but yes I read they were good to trade as well.

This is my first Fortress and the first caravan has just arrived. I read in the wiki that mechanisms trade well, so I made a few stone ones beforehand and stored them in a furniture stockpile. My problem is that I'm unable to select them to add to my trade items, and I have nothing much else to trade.
Please can someone advise how I can trade the mechanisms?
