I like the Anno series, but $25 is still too much for me to spare on stuff

Remember Sanguine's and Sheogorath's quests? One ended in you stripping an entire party of strangers naked and the other ended in it raining flaming dogs.
They are pretty alright in Skyrim.

"Shit, what did I do last night?"

"Oh my god I'm gonna kill that dude when I find him again"

That's... pretty silly mate. Just ask my five themed roleplay characters who all have distinct different playstyles and quests completed in their own unique ways.

Being like real life means absolutely nothing. It means so little of nothing that simply bringing it up drives me to make this post. I don't care about realism. I don't care if you have to restrict your choices and have to get specific skills to do well. I want the freedom to make a character that smashes things with a mace and throws lighting with the other hand before putting on an artifact armor despite being the wrong type for my skill. To just wear clothes as a fighter character and have it be viable.

I want to roleplay without the clunky mechanics holding me back.

Still can't stand how 90% of stuff made to look like screencaps from an animated show are obviously not animated. Just fanart some person made they stuck in this concept with no effort to make it look like any animated style ever. Except those silly ones that are just motion-tweened screencaps of existing comics, which is actually close to Hussies actual style.

Finally done refitting this room with new floors and ceiling tiles. Now I actually have time for other things, like wasting it.

I can't remember. Did Morrowind have level scalling like Oblivion and Skyrim?
No.
Sorta.

Here's the problem with mechsuits: For the cost involved, you are better off investing in a fully-mechanical system operated by remote control with AI assistance or near complete AI control. It minimizes the risk to humans, as these systems are far from invincible, while simultaneously cutting costs as it does not have to fit a person inside or protect said person.
What do you mean by fully mechanical system? A bipedal robot? I would think the costs for that would be far more than exoskeletons.

The purpose seems more for adding strength to ground troops. Troops that you cannot replace just because you have tanks and planes. We will always need a human involved right in the action simply because there are no robots for the foreseeable future that have the versatility of a human.

They have already worked on stuff like this in the private sector for a while. Sorta incredibly cheesy, but it's a commercial product not a military demonstration. Would not be too much of a stretch to adapt it to more durable materials. Probably won't meet military needs without the power generation thing the US currently struggles with.

Skyrim was the best technical game

Morrowind was the best experience crafted for the player

Oblivion was sorta weird, and while better of a game than Morrowind due to escaping the D&D trappings of the series, its experience is worse than the other two because of awkwardness with presentation and mechanics refinement.

They seem to handle spies pretty well

As in always stare at me constantly when walking around invisible

offline mode still requires steam to connect to the net.
Civ 4 piracy: 10%
civ 5 piracy(after steam): 60% say they did.

questions?

Source?

I dunno why I'm giving this post the respect of a reply, much less you.

Looking forward to this service, sort of a Steam Workshop for full games. It'll be another platform through which indie guys can try to make a stab at popularity. There will be some rough spots that will show when it first launches which Steam will hopefully work on.

Demomen will eventually just stickytrap the spawn over and over again. Although a heavy with uber and crits would melt them away enough for other classes to get a foothold.
