Go beyond the things we weren't meant to see. Go mad from the revelation, become God, or both.
What things?  You don't remember any bizarre things best not seen.  None whatsoever.  Nope.
Noooo shoot elemental bolts of water at the fire till it stops the. Go back and ask the barista if she has decided yet. Give her hug and whisper " I believe in you"
You shoot elemental bolts of water at the fire until it stops something.  You're not sure what you're stopping, but you stop it.  The fire's still going, though not as strongly.  At least most of the workers, including the Deputy Minister, got out of the building mostly unharmed, and at least the agents have mostly melted.

Once you finish stopping the, you turn around just in time to see the barista enter the pub beside the juice shop.  You follow her, desperate to know what she thinks of your offer.  You poured your heart and soul into that offer!  She needs, needs to answer!  And say yes!

You enter the bar.  She's sitting at the bar, already on her third rye and ginger.  Her wound's stopped bleeding.  Luckily for you, there's an open seat beside her, which you snatch up quickly.

"So, how's the thinking going?"

"...you just set my workplace on fire."

"And?"

"...you had company secrets and kept bragging to the company about them."

You hug her tightly (an act she responds to by tensing up), and whisper into her ear, "You'll make the right decision.  I believe in you."

With one hand, she grabs the collar of your shirt.  With the other, she moves for her sword.

The plum brandy-chugging tourist finishes off his bottle, only to start vomiting on the floor.  Someone brought their cat and has decided to shove her in front of every researcher, probably to show her off.  A young man touched one of the mysterious devices and disappeared.

The usual.

Water under the bridge. LETS GET MARRIED.
"Merely water under the bridge."

"W-what?"

Ask her if she needs time to think about it, and remind her that we will respect whatever decision she makes. This is a major choice for her future, you know!
"Anyway, if you need time to think about it, take your time.  It's a major choice, and not one to take without thought.  I'll respect whatever decision you take."

"W-what?"

Drown the fire under a pile of paperwork! There's no way it could go wrong!
My sigtext insists I agree with this course of action. But be graceful about leaving the conversation. Look deep into her eyes. Say " Thoughts of you pierce me like a red hot sword. My heart is aflame for you. But my office is aflame with fire. And office hours are, as you know, between the hours of nine a.m. and five p.m. Monday through Friday, except for lunch between noon and one. It is now one thirty. I must go."
Then create a stallion out of paperwork, get on its back, have it rear and whinny, and ride across the street to your office.
If you're going to charge heroically off into the distance after talking to a lady, you should do it proper :P
Yes, then run.
You glance at the clock.  Lunch break's over.  "Just know this: thoughts of you pierce me like a red hot sword.  My heart is aflame for you... but my office is aflame with fire, and office hours are, as you know, between the hours of nine a.m. and five p.m. Monday through Friday, except for lunch between noon and one.  It is not one thirty.  I must go."

"W-what?"

With a few taps at your calculator, sinews of shredded tough documents, bones of solid paper, layers of paper skin, flesh, and muscle form into a horse-like paper construct with much shredded carbon paper as its mane.  It looks ready for action, and you mount it, charging off towards the fire and leaving the confused and blushing murderous barista in the distance.

You know of one good way to deal with fires: deprive them of oxygen.  Letting heaps of paperwork fall on the office fire should do the job.

A much bigger fire now blazes before you.  At least, though, some of the burning paperwork fell onto the nearby CoffeeCafe.  That is, the one where the barista works.

Should be more (or less) careful about revealing secrets to others.

No hammers.

I guess that explains why I had to have my cheek smeared with barbecue sauce.

Say "HA! I bet you didn't expect this! But seriously pls marry me."
...or I'll blow you to smithereens with mathmagic."
Say it in a totally jesting way. Leave her to make of it what she will. Compliment her hair.
"HA!  I bet you didn't expect this!  ... but seriously, please marry me... or I'll blow you to smithereens with my mathemagic!"  You fling a tiny, slow-moving bolt of ice at her.  Her sword absorbs it.

The crowd in the shop is cheering, and the barista responds, "Um...er...uh..."

Time to compliment her hair.  "Your hair looks great today, by the way."

"...er...uh...I-I just stabbed you half to death!  Why are you-what-um..."

Work out the number seed of the universe.
Not even the best mathemagicians have figured that out.  You give it a shot, and see...things.  Things you do not want to see.  Things best forgotten.

You smell smoke.  Just across the street, your office is on fire.

Roll To Dodge / Re: Legacy Of Heroes: Prologue. Turn 1.

Kostadin was nervous, but accepting and somewhat excited to be part of the Silver Guard.  There may have been a severe lack of cute fuzzy things to pet, but there were plenty of weapons.  His focus was combat, specializing in the use of polearms, particularly his favourite, the voulge-guisarme.  He was strong enough to handle such weapons well.  Kostadin's limited (he put more effort into the other areas) magical studies were focused on water and nature manipulation.

Every once in a while, he would sneak out of his room overnight and wander around the fortress.  He only got caught a few times.

1. Nervous, but accepting and somewhat excited.
2. Combat primary, knowledge secondary, magic tertiary.
3. Polearm user, specializing in using the voulge-guisarme.  Magic focused on water, nature manipulation.  Not bad at sneaking around.  Strong.

Reminds me of an adventurer, which I guess she technically is.

"Now, this room is where a top team of researchers examines equipment scavenged from Roswell!  Give them a round of applause, and please ignore the dead body on the floor!"

The worst day of the month had come: tourist day.  In an effort to make the Homey Airport projects cost neutral, the high-priced monthly Area 51 Tour program was created.  Tourists kept on coming through every month, messing with all the tech and research, yelling and chattering endlessly about the most ridiculous things, and generally just making nuisances of themselves.  At least it was a great source of cash.

And so the lab team awoke to the sounds of applause, yells, cheers, and clattering metal.  The tourists had come, and they were excited.  A four-year-old-looking kid was trying to use salvaged devices as a drum set.  Some young adult was chugging a bottle of plum brandy, cheered on by his friends.  A thirsty woman was digging through the lab fridge, and all she could find were unidentifiable and unlabeled tissue samples and zombie urist's corpse.  One man was even pushing random buttons on lab equipment.

The tour guide, a man in a fine black suit, made an announcement: "These researchers are in the middle of a very important investigation.  We're going to stay here, eat lunch, and watch them for a while.  Now is a good time to take a bathroom break."

These are not the best conditions for an investigation.

Thank the Maintenance worker with a nod.
Fire Elemental Bolt at the Barista. Run Surf away on the tides of paperwork before she can skewer us again. Seek refuge in an organic juice shop.
The worker calmly leaves the building after your nod.

You fling a bolt of fire at the barista and watch it get absorbed by her sword.  As she starts moving towards you and an agent guesses your password on his second try (boatpassword1murdereddrowssap is one of the top 20 passwords) beside you, you grab a folding chair and generate a wave of paperwork to surf away on.  Paperwork rises across the street to the nearby organic juice shop, which you slide straight in to.  You step into the long line.

Search Archives for the weaknesses of the barista.
Organic juice bars don't have much in the way of records on killer sword-wielding baristas, but you do at least find records indicating she occasionally buys fresh-squeezed orange juice here.

She's now a couple spots behind you in line.

Dance Salsa and order a cappucino.
You spend your time in line dancing away.  Eventually, you get to the front and order a cappuccino, which the shop happens to provide.  A few seconds later, you have your drink and you head to a table.

The barista orders orange juice.

Spoiler: CALCULUS (click to show/hide)
You begin to mutter excitedly about god, gold, and calculus.  "If god is gold then gold is god then calculus can make gold which is god which can be created with calculus so I can become calculus with my calculus until I calculus god gold and be everywhere..."

The barista stares at you, baffled.

Create an engagement ring and ask her to marry you. That'll put her off guard.
At least the thoughts about god, gold, and calculus led you to figure out the equation of creating jewelry.  You generate a mid-range engagement ring, put the coffee on the table, get on your knee in front of the barista, and ask her to marry you.

She blushes a bit, and seems taken aback.  "W-what?"
