"Y'mean she went all in on it like I thought she would. Didn't seem the type to let go of a fist fight if she could get it, and especially not if you were doing it too. Y'don't seem too pleased, though." Briar says, leaning up against the wall next to Miyuki. This might be a long conversation for the both of them. "Spill it, you wanted to keep her outta this, right?"

Briar receives the text with a scowl from his current crash pad, but the destination isn't too far. All he knows for sure is that 'two hours' means 'try to make it sometime before then' if he understood them right.

Therefore, he decides to get up, dress up, and get ready for whatever bull they had in mind from the getgo so he can go back to sleep. He puts on his oversized coat, a signature look he never sheds even when it's scorching out. Thankfully, while it's still unseasonable to wear it, the black and green style maker is still cool enough to live with.

He skates down to the Fire Soul Agency, arriving in minutes to its front door. He knows whose place this is, so why EUFON wanted to meet up here was beyond him. He decides to scope the place out, see if he can see anything that'd catch his eye this early.

"Oh. Well that is weird. Y'think it's the Mirages or the people involved? or maybe both? ... Might just be they did some dirty work on another lost Mirage, and it's upset about it." Briar posits, looking thoughtfully towards where the Black Mirager had escaped. He didn't know much about the miragers himself, even if he did have one strapped around his wrist. Guess nobody really did, except maybe the professor. "Wonder why there were so few of them for a sneak attack. Coulda done more damage with more dudes, y'know?"

Briar finally manages to make his way from backstage, having gone to check on the equipment as one does after giant monsters start ripping the place apart. He casually sidesteps the angry normie complaining about a refund after said monster attack, and moves to catch up with the others. "Looks like we got some new blood, whether they want it or not. Kinda hard to say no when you get to go all out like that, right?"

He takes a moment to look around. "Hey, anybody seen Si- uhhhh Sis Haruka? She took a bit of a beating, I wanted to check on her before we all sneak outta the spotlight."

Briar skates over to Kazuma, flipping his board up as he settles down next to the wounded Mirager. "Ah you sure as hell don't look good there. What'd you get hit by that big, tough Reaper got knocked on his ass? A sledgehammer or sommat?"

The flippant attitude is perhaps assuaged by the application of healing magic. Briar's a medic first and foremost, and something tells him not even he'd be able to catch that black mirager right now, he was too far behind. Better to make sure nobody's going to end up a corpse on his watch.

Beat finishes his song, and moves up to the next most injured he can reach. "Take it easy sister, I got your back here."

It doesn't take long for him to cast another healing spell on Miyuki, even if it seems that the fight will be over soon.
