I prevented Imp from using kills last night.
Would be pretty convenient for a framer to have an excuse to target those whom others are already dubious of, especially if this anti-town player also knew that no mafia assassinations could occur regardless of their actions, wouldn't it? :-\

NJW, when you conduct your inspections, do you receive the role name or alignment as the result?

I'm fairly certain Oliver is our thief.  I considered impelling a Maximum Splynch if Imp's alibi turned out to be truthful because the latter protecting NJW, thus preventing the first murder, seemed like a strong argument, but the recent developments on top of the fact that the mafia have yet to kill a single person support the hypothesis that Oliver is the main antagonist, at least in my processing unit.  Something that'd be helpful to figure out is whether any of us had an opportunity to employ the hinted-at frame ability.  Spin couldn't have used it on Oliver yesterday and had previously claimed to have targeted Imp the day before--a yet-to-be-confirmed element.  Here's what I propose: we execute Oliver, and NJW spends the evening investigating me; if I also turn up as a thief, Max is the one who planted all that evidence and framed the people he paid visits to.

i copped Sofanthiel and got "The Auctioneer" as a result.
Dear @sofanthiel please confirm this.
While I will confirm the validity of this information, I don't consider it to be absolving you of suspicion in any way.

My flavor does not contradict that information in any way.
The following doesn't fully add up:
Your Butler is unaware of your existence on the boat due to hypnosis performed upon them.
My flavor makes it clear I have an employer, doesn't tell me anything about who.  Makes it clear I'm absolutely and completely that person's servant.  And that my job includes making sure nothing bad happens to my employer.

If Imp is scum and attempted to assassinate NJW, who was the protector?  Alternatively, Max, was the action you performed a block?

If you're town, the game is virtually mechanically solved. I already have a complete plan for what to do the next day in that case.
Would sharing the details of this plan jeopardize its execution?  What if you just so happen to coincidentally die today, unable to see it all the way through and leaving us to fend for ourselves?

Lord Almighty, God above, grace us with an infinitesimal sliver of your fathomless wisdom.  Amen!

I want to hear NJW2000's opinion on the matter at hand.

Max, do you think Imp actually visited NJW?  Would you change your mind about the situation if that were the case?

I got the idea sofanthiel also saw it, right?
I saw Imp's claim to work at the local cruise mill being supported by Quarque's epitaph and how that could've been an intentional move on the pair's part.

What did you do to me, Max, and why pick me?
Sofanthiel's probe is antitown
Imp, what did you do yesterday?

I think that mafia being double godfathers isn't unlikely
My ocular receptors envision three distinct possibilities:
1. Maximized Spine ∈ town and they lived happily ever after! :D
2. NJW is lying; don't believe his lies.
3. We are all trapped within an undisclosed !!BASTARD!!

I find one of the above vastly more plausible than the others, and thus will stick to it unless sufficient evidence presents itself.
