Now then, if he does go around making a fool of himself by screaming "You will all go to hell if you don't repent!" and "You have all been misled!"

I get those calls all the time from Christian churches in my city.

My biggest problem with the Christian religion is how the followers, especially the priests, refuse to believe that ANY other religion could be right, and that everyone who follows them is a misguided sinner bound for the fiery abyss.
And the way they patronize you about it.
I`ll pray for your soul and that someday you`ll find the light.

Of course, this is just from my experiences in Toronto, Canada.

Heard someone singing the song from Spice and Wolf today.
The bad is that once I hear it, it WON'T EVER STOP.

Last time, when I was watching the show, it took me about a month to make it stop playing in my head.

Do the foreigners who call America a bunch of ravening retards ever come over here and see what it is like? Nope. If people would come across the pond you would find that a large majority of the people are nice and quite and are actually rather intelligent.

It's easier to shoot a man if you don't know his name.

Well, I'm adolescant and male, so you should be able to guess.  But yes, I do keep such things in the closet.

As long as it stays in the closet, or at least in the shed.

By "own you", do you mean that they can make you do whatever they say?
Because I can see the point of that.

"Ok men, return fire!"
"No way man, they have guns! I'mma go hide in the bunker back there."
"Goddammit Private, we need every man we have!"
"Naw, I'mma go drink some beer and read a book. Tell me how it turned out mmmk?"
"......"

Of course, as long as it is legal what they tell you to do.

Canadian army isn't for defence either. It's for burning Washington if Americans ever get too cocky.

That's actually pretty true.

Only join the army if you think killing people is happy-fun-time.

I thought it is.  ???

This conversation is making me think of Gurren Lagann.
So many spirals.

Wait, so I died to a scratch from a SCORPION?

Or fell unconscious.

And yes, they own you.  Why this would seem unusual to someone, I dont understand.
Why it would seem like a good idea to someone is what I don't understand

Not all people are pacifists, which in my personal opinion I don't understand why they are, but I believe that however someone feels or thinks is up to them.

Some people like to be a part of the army because they like the feeling that they are protecting those at home, some like the challenge and thrill of it, and some just like to vent their primal urges.

Frankly I not mind the risk, it just what exactly will the risk be in the form of?

Enemy gunfire?
Chances are you'll be fine though, I used to know someone in the army.

The biggest question is; if you were sent into battle, could you kill a man?

Learning smithy work is fun

you know, I've been toying around with the idea for a while. I find the concept of shaping stuff out of metal strangely appealing. Plus my great-great-great grandfather was a smith in Cestona. It would be sort of traditional. :p

I used to do a little blacksmithing in my old school. It's pretty fun, satisfying, and really hardens your arm.

Teacher wouldn't let me make anything cool though.
