"You know, it would have been REAL NICE if you didn't have to destroy most of the consoles in the room, let alone half of the damn room as well. I'm getting error messages about shit not being where it used to be moments ago, but hopefully I can still do this with what is still working... Hopefully...

Why don't you make yourself useful in the mean time and start making a few barricades out of the rubble? We might need to hold this spot for some time against whatever they throw at us. Try not to fry your brain, ok?"

Clear out the error messages and check the connections to the main system through the working consoles. Try to figure out which one looks like it has the connections we need, and if it's working or not, but make sure not to turn anything on. While looking through the system, keep an eye out for the fire suppression systems and make a note of their location so I can turn them on easily for Auron.

((How exactly are we going to be able to disable the lifelocks? I've got no tools at all and the lifelocks are probably implants in nature. And if they are UE's, then they would DEFINATELY have lifelocks if the UWM can afford to spend them on things like sods. Just makes sense to me if they have them.))

Make sure to put your marching orders on your character sheets so everyone can find them easier. That way no one has conflicting orders and can work together a lot better.

((They probably aren't going to let us take them and will destroy them if they can via remote before we can hand them in anyway. And I'd rather remove them from the room completely so they don't have a chance to get them back from us, just in case. Can't be too careful with UE's...))

Bishop blinked at the missing half of the room before shaking his head slightly.

"Wow. Kinda overkill there but... Wow, that works, I guess."

Reload and start restraining people's hand behind their backs and feet together (lying them face down on the ground) with whatever I can use for restraints without taking apart anything in the room. Use their clothes if I must and make sure to search each of them for weapons to throw away out the hole in the wall. Check each of them to see if they ARE infact wearing clothes and are not just a UE in disguise. Kill any UE's of course, first distracting them with a punch to the gut or head so I can shoot them. Then drag each one and all the bodies into a far corner of the room and leave them there under the watch of Miyamoto.

Once that's all done, have a look at the consoles and equipment to see what still works and what I could fix. Keep an eye out to see if that wheelchair guy comes back, and if he does, blast him with the rocket rifle.

Ok, good. That means I have enough time to think about what spells I'm gonna prepare, as well as my marching order stuff. Can you guys look over my character to see if everything is right?

Roderic, staying where he was after seeing Candy and the mine run off together after Candy punched the man in the face, nodded to himself as he stood up to head back to the others.

"Definately a duel. Who know that the world of entertainment was so exciting? Maybe I could find someone who could sponsor me in such duels?"

623
While tempted to buy something, Roderic decided to save his money for now and left the building to go wandering the city to pass the time.

As he wandered past what looked like the magic shop, he saw Candy being entertained by a strange black and white silent man. Recognising the mime, he leant against the wall to watch what would happen.

"I've always wondered what happens when two performers of the arts meet... Is it some kind of duel that takes place perhaps? Hmm..."

Don't forget to include your Base Attack Bonus (BAB) on the sheet, as well as your hit die. Make sure you've taken into account your con bonus for your hit points too, since you seem a bit low somehow.

Ok, I think I'm done! I've found a pretty cool god for what I want, even though he is typically worshipped by giants. Annam advocates finding out new things and knowledge so I bet it's not that far a stretch to having people explore new places to stay in his good graces. He also likes a good fight as far as I can tell, which means that I can just act normally within my religion and I can qualify for Ordained Champion. He's got some nice domains, including Sun which lets me take Radiant Servant and to top it off, he is neutral so I won't have any problems being a Neutral Good character. Only downside is that his favoured weapon is unarmed, but that's only just a single feat wasted and I am a human, so that's not going to be a problem.

Wonderful! Check out my new Cleric, and let me know what I've got wrong so I can change it!

"Very well then. I shall take my business, and money, elsewhere."

Leave and head to the potion shop. Check out inventory and prices.

Got another question for Grek: Ordained champion looks really cool, but do I have to serve those gods or any gods at all to qualify for it? What about the weapon feat?

628
"Don't retreat, MOVE FORWARD! Running away is not going to cut it against this monster! We've got to keep moving and divide his attention! Try to disrupt his life support Miya!" Bishop broadcasted to the others as he prepared to move.

Get Auron moving into the room with me and split up, heading onto one flank while he goes on the other side. Slide into cover quickly and lay down some fire on the other people in the room if needed, but otherwise, blast a few shots near the specialist (at his feet particularly) to get some shrapnel flying at him. Keep moving and stay out of sight as much as possible!

"Looks can be deceiving my friend. I have two weapons that I'm willing to trade, one of which is a lucky blade in perfect condition, and I'm willing to gather more funds if needed, not to mention spread the good word among my fellow warrior travelling companions about your fine wares. And did I mention that we were going to get paid soon, which means that we would be looking for a place to spend all our hard earned money on?

So, have you got anything along the lines I'm looking for?"

/Post gets ignored in favour of houseboats.

Great. Thanks guys. Can SOMEONE help me please? And I need Grek's questions answered really badly...

I've got a problem, since now I have to rethink all my feats. I was hoping for Divine Metamagic so I could put my Turn Undead to good use early, but now that I can't get that, I have to get other stuff instead and possibly replan my entire character around not having Divine Metamagic as well as think out what prestige classes I'm going to take (not that I had any idea of what I was doing in the first place, aside from getting Contemplative at around level 10, and possibly getting some Divine Oracle levels in too).

I'm keeping Extend Spell, but I have no idea for the other two feats. Extra turning I am going to get sooner or later anyway, but would it be of use NOW or should I take something else?

Question for the GM: For Radiant Servant of Pelor, do I really need to have Pelor as my god or not in order to be able to take levels in it? Same thing for being Neutral Good as a requirement. Infact, speaking of gods, do I even have to serve a god at all to be able to take levels in Radiant Servant?

And I'd rather have a bit of a crappy house back in the town, rather than a houseboat. You can't sink and loose a building, or have it hijacked by natives while your sailing it or get stuck upriver on rocks with a building too. There's too much to loose with a houseboat than a normal house.

And I thought that Grek was going to just let us hire canoes for trips up and down the river or something instead of us having to buy our own boats. He did say stuff about canoes after all.
