so... 1/3 of your post is about resale and the rest is about lending.
Games is a form of entertainment, just like books, movies, music. They all is displayed in, and generate venue in different forms.

In response to 1/3 of it;
You have bought an item and can rightfully sell it to someone else because you will no longer be able to use the item as you no longer have it in your possession.
And what kind of resale is illegitimate? You either resell it or you do not, Is there some other way that I cannot think of?

In response to the rest;
Lend your friend a book, they read it and might never read it again.
Lend your friend a game, they play it and might never play it again.
The first have a governmental institute built upon, lending books to people.
The second you say should be illegal.
What is the difference?

Personally, I was kinda burnt out before this happened so I will take a break now that it occurred.

Was that a sniper x sniper battle? Cause you know, he was probably wearing anti-ranged armor. What you wear does matter, but doesn't mean you cannot do well either.

I realize this. But with levels comes items that you cannot afford(or use) at level 30 so my argument still stands, lvl 29 pvp is the best unless you grind away.
And its more likely its full hp gear, as its better overall and the difference is negligible.

You guys almost makes me want to play this again, even though i had my fill recently.
Its interesting though. This game is the same as the Civ games, which i dislike, but I still love it.
Story/plot, all the quotes, terraforming and colony management pleases me(combat sucks).

best tactic for what?
simply lightning without wet enemies are rather poor mostly due to range but the damage is also rather low i comparison to other things.
Multiple weak enemies in one direction - qfasas (steam lightning ray)
Multiple weak enemies spread out but near - qrqrqrqrs (arcane ice shotgun)
Any 'pushable' foe near ledge - q*5 (do this to the ones before grimnir)
Any large foe - qfasas at range.
right. qfasas made things a bit duller so throw in some other things just for fun
